Massage Imperial® Brooklands Portable Massage Table Trolley Dolley Wheeled Transport

Very happy

Bought this item, my massaging bed was not fitting (the trolley is quite huge) and I sent it back exactly as received. They sent me an email saying that they can't refund me the full amount because the product was damaged. They send pictures of the box (!!), the outside, the cartoon that was slightly bend and a THREAD hanging from the belt!! Unbelievable... Like it was my fault the way the handle boxes when receiving or when they roughly opened pulled a thread blaming it on me! I sent it back exactly as received. The said that they would refund me the 80% of the amount because of that.I have paid 129£ to buy this bad product that was by the way not practical at all, huge, with the belts hanging out and very very heavy. They refunded me 87£ lying in my face that they gave me the 80% of the amount back. The correct 80% would be 103£Don't waist your time and money buying this really bad product with really awful customer service.

The wheel was stuck against the rim and did not function at all. Managed with A -Z to eventually get a full refund after difficulty

This design is just a bad copy of Alumobile's trolley. The side rails are lower, and the frame is a lot heavier - adding to the overall weight when it is picked up.Avoid this and stick to the original Alumobile Trolley; the designer has been improving the design over and over since it's launch and the customer service is fantastic.
