Decent chair, but mine had two minor design/manufacturing flaws. The two armrests must be bolted into the seat bottom using the three provided flange bolts that are approximately M6-1.0x20mm in size (for each armrest). One one side, two of the bolts weren't long enough. Had to make a trip to Home Depot to purchase the next length up (M6-1.0x25mm flange bolts). The other armrest didn't have this problem. Problem #1 solved with the slightly longer flange bolts. Problem #2 was ONLY two of the three bolts (for each side) could be used, as the holes drilled into the seat were improperly aligned. However, the armrests hold together well with just the two bolts on each side.Chair fabric is OK. Neck/head rest pillow merely held in place by a velcro strap, but the pillow easily slides up and down (i.e. - will not stay in place very well). I'm a 5'4" guy, so having the chair down as low as it can go with my feet touching the floor, and the armrests as high as they can go to touch my elbows makes for a near perfect ergonomic fit...there's no room to raise the armrests or lower the seat.

good price, good chair. it sits a little higher than most, good for tall desks, the reason i made the purchase. this is for shorter people -the seat is shallower than most others as well. my wife is 5'5" and it fits her very well.

It has been amazing how I can I pay all this money for an office chair, I'm a medical student studying for my exams.. I can spend all my day like sitting on the chair without any sense of discomfort especially in the area where it holds the maximum pressure & weight while you are sitting..Very comfortable, easy to assembleYou won't regret it!!

I am very satisfied with this new chair I just purchased. It's a lovely chair, the color, the head pad is just right. I can't believe that I found such a great buy.

Chair is very comfortable, easy to assemble and good value for the price. Needed a chair with cloth upholstery that didn't look like an industrial office chair and this fit my needs perfectly.

Seat cushion didnt last more than two days!! i'm 220lbs and its rated for 250lbs. by day 2 the seat custion went flat and felt the screws underneath.

It's hard to find a high-back cloth chair in the first place, so one can't be too picky about it if that's what you're looking for. I prefer the one I had before, but alas, it was falling apart after 15 years. My cat used to like sitting on top of the back rest behind my head, but this chair is too narrow for her to get comfy and stay anymore. The seat surface area is also not as roomy as I'm used to. I had become acustomed to sitting cross-legged sometimes while at the computer... not really possible in this chair.Other than that, it seems pretty well built and is adequately comfortable. It would be nice if the pillow didn't keep drooping down whenever it's raised. I'll probably find some needle and thread and sew it in eventually.
