these help my planters fascitis BUT it never fails that all fhese types of lifts always shift a little and I have to stop OFTEN and turn my foot on it s side to shake or shift it back in place.

Dude these are pretty nice. I was 5’5.5 and now I’m 5’7. Worth the price. It’s pretty trippy though when you take them off. Totally recommend and takes some time to get used to.

Bought new chunks boots to take the inserts fitted them but then I can't get my feet in maybe if I trim the sole part of I may get my foot in but will they be comfortable.

This product kept appearing on my Facebook timeline. At 5ft 71/2 inches, i don’t consider myself that short but am aware how quickly my taller friends seem to get served at the bar. Hence I bought these insoles on a whim.I wore them to work - perhaps a bit too long a duration as my feet were ‘killing me’ after 8 hours but I noticed how I was notably taller than my female colleagues. None of them said anything! I did feel better about myself if I’m honest.I think it would be better to keep them for a date say. They didn’t fit so well into my smart brogue shoes but we’re good in my Chelsea style boot andAdidas trainers where I merely slackened the laces.

These are a very misleading product as you need a shoe at least 2-3 larger the size you wear. When you cut the insole and slide it in your shoe, you really really struggle to get the shoe on, even if you cut much smaller you cannot get your foot in your shoe. Also, you get glances of the insert protruding very high out of the shoe it's filling. Basically insole is your foot takes place of your foot, so it does not matter how heavy you are, they will not compress down enough for getting the shoe on, or any type of comfort or confidence. Well made product, very poor design, just cut a thick bit of rubber about 12.5mm thick and boost your height a tad.

If I could give 0 stars then I would.When placed in a shoe, there's hardly any room at all for your foot, and even if you try to squeeze your foot in, it's like standing on lego - Don't even bother. Doesn't work.

Excellent product. Highly recommended. Easy to use and does what it says on the tin. Will definitely buy again
