Company is awesome!! ### ⭐⭐ Hope yours isn't a lemon *by K***R on October 7, 2017* This turned into a $5k paperweight ### ⭐ Not a reliable machine and Grace won't respond to service questions *by D***A on June 24, 2020* I have had this machine almost 2 years. Most of the 2 years it has been broken. Thread bunching up, timing not right. I sent it to factory and they replaced a lot of stuff on the machine and sent it back. It worked great for about 6 months and then it all started again. The lights on the machine blink, it won't pick up the thread or if it does, it skips stitches or doesn't sew at all. If you wave your hand at the back of the machine without touching it, the needle starts going up and down. Overall it won't sew at all. I've ruined a couple of quilts trying to get this thing working. There isn't a repair shop within 100 miles of us in fact not one in our state. I've emailed for help three times so far and they told me to see if the blue cord was bent. I checked all the cables, the threading of the machine, the encoders and that's all they suggested. I asked if it was still under warranty because I believe the computer is going out on the machine and no response. Supposed to have a five year warranty I thought. They don't want to respond to questions or help to fix any problems. The last time I had to call them for the timing, we did everything they said to do over a period of two weeks and I finally told them I would figure it out. I did finally figure out the timing issue by watching two videos several times and then I set the timing. Those videos don't tell you enough about anything to fix a problem and as I told them I am not a mechanic. The machine worked fine for about a month and then back to not sewing and blinking lights and skipped stiches. I would not recommend this machine or any qnique 21 machine to anyone. If you do buy one, verify there is a repair shop close or someone that can repair the machine. I am going to get rid of this useless machine.
