Q: Do these work on a darkvoice? this is the front tube? the bigger one in back is a power tube?

On a Darkvoice this tube works as the output, and the little one on the front is the rectifier.

Q: What are the specs on this tube

I am not aware if Psvane has published a specific data sheet. It is a 6SN7 replacement so it will have similar specs to NOS tubes like those made by RCA and others. These can be found by searching for 6SN7 on line. I used them to replace the Elecro-Harmonix preamp tubes in my amp and have no issues. The biggest difference between these and other tubes is they are physically much larger.

Q: I need 3 of these on the input port of a Cary amp, but they only come in matched pairs. Anyway to just get 3?

The pairs are matched enough, no problem, and the design is specially developed for the Pre-amp Stage. If your modwright ls100 accepts this pinout configuration It is Highly recommended. You will experience more depth and definition in the overall sound.
