These are just perfect pompoms for the beanie hats I make. I love the soft feel of the faux fur and it makes a nice change than the usual pompoms made from yarn. I love the bright colours too and thay all match well with the bright coloured yarns I crochet with.The pompoms each have an elastic loop which makes them super easy to attach to the hats I make. It also makes my hats more versatile as I can make the pompoms removable by sewing a button to the top of each hat and wrapping the elastic loop around the button. That way the customer can choose to remove the pompom if, for instance, they need to pull a hood up over their hat.They are well made, good quality, great value and a good price. I will be back for more when I've used all of these ones up!

I think some of the reviews for these faux-fur pom-poms are a little unfair. They arrive packed tightly, so of course they look a bit bedraggled and squashed at first — but give them a good shake, and they fluff up beautifully. For the price, they’re excellent value. I can’t stand making pom-poms myself, so these are an absolute Godsend, especially when I’m whipping up quick Christmas hats for the family.

These are fun pom poms that I ordered to put on woolley hats. The colours are perfect for this and they are nice and fluffy and soft. The elastic attachment was perfect and the range of colours are great.My only issue is that I feel these shouldn't be sold as suitable for adult sized hats. The size is far more suitable for smaller hats for children.

Theses are a great addition to a hand knitted hat. They come with a small elastic loop to attach to a button for the detachable pompom. Lovely colours not too big. I used one as a bunnies tail for a knitted gift. Good value for the money.

They are perfect for my hand made beanies! Don’t be deceived by how they arrived in the package. You need to blast them with a hair dryer to puff them out (shown in photo). Easy peasy!

I’m only giving them 5 stars now after what I did to them. When you take them out the package they look like crap. I followed all the advice I read in other reviews about shaking them, leaving them to see if they fluffed up on their own, used a hairdryer both cold and hot settings. The hot worked well enough that I put one on a hat I knitted for myself and the rest were going to be cat toys until yesterday. I went to the hairdressers and I get an undercut which as you know results in small hairs being left everywhere but I still wore the hat home and threw it into the washing machine. Well, let me tell you that Pom Pom after it dried looked like it should’ve done. So I threw the rest of them in the washer, 30 degrees on the shortest cycle then 30 minutes in the dryer. And that is how I’ve given these 5 stars instead of 1. My cats are disappointed though lol.

I purchased these as I have been knitting lots of Aran cable hats for my family. I was making my own pom-poms but my grandchildren can destroy a pompom however much I secured it to the hat.I read all the reviews and so was prepared for the fact the pom-poms would need fluffing up. A quick blast with a hairdryer on cold and they more or less doubled in size.They are very easy to attach: I sewed a strong button on the inside of the hat and then threaded the elastic through the top of the hat where it was gathered, and round the button. This also means you can change the pom-poms or take them off to wash the hat.The range of colours is good. Great value for money. I would definitely recommend them and intend to purchase again.
