This Shopping Cart Broke when I used it. It totally fell apart $40 was a bad waste of my money this item is a rip off total waste of money that you got don't buy this item

This cart is a great thing to have and very helpful. It is a great value for the money and we have already used it many times since buying it a few months ago.The assembly was a bit difficult but once we figured it out it made more sense. When you are using the cotter pins to assemble the wheels we learned it's easier to do if you twist them while pushing if that helps anyone in their assembly.Besides that it has been a great help and we have gotten many uses out of it already. The height and weight of it are great. It folds up very easily and has a pretty decent storage capacity.

Major Flaws & InconveniencesBeware!Catastrophic Wheel Failures:The rolling mechanism completely collapsed upon its initial real-world tracking test. The structural engineering is fundamentally flawed. Defective Fastening Nubs: The retaining pins and nubs meant to secure the mobile base slip out under normal pressure. They offer zero stable weight containment.Toy-Grade Construction: The structural build relies on flimsy components that mimic a lightweight children's plaything rather than a durable home appliance.Severe Financial Overpricing: At a retail cost exceeding forty dollars, the abysmal material composition yields an unacceptable value-to-cost ratio.Loss of Generational Standards: Modern builds have discarded historical structural integrity. This unit cannot hold a candle to the rock-solid, identical heritage carts manufactured in the 1990s that reliably survived decades of continuous load-bearing use.Verdict: An expensive, fragile hazard that will leave your items stranded on the floor during the first attempt at locomotion. I’m talking wheels popping off and rolling in all directions. Avoid at all costs.It is all deserving of zero stars but unfortunately that’s not an option here.

This card is a really good idea and has helped me with carrying clothes and different items back-and-forth to my husband who is in anursing home for dementia. The only thing I can say that I’m not happy with is that the wheels on front are so small that they hang on the slightest bump or uneven terrain. It would be really nice if they would come up with a design that could have the same large size wheels on the front and back.I don’t mean this is a complaint, but hopefully it will help you come up with a better designThank you

Did not realize assembly required. Returned it.

I just assembled the cart. It seems a bit flimsy. The first time I took it out on the street in NYC only 5 blocks there and back and the tires look worn already. I don't know what they are made of, but they don't seem like they will last long. I find the cart to be small. I purchased it to put Fresh Direct shopping bags with groceries in it, but I think the cart is meant be used if the items are placed directly into the cart. The shopping bags didn't fit and had to go in sideways. I was able to fit about 3. I find the cart to be too low. I am 5'6" and I had to bend to reach the handle. I may return the cart, but I want to use it another time and see if I have the same issues.

It is useful for small loads , assembled without trouble.

As I recover from 6 rounds of chemotherapy therapy. This hand truck gets me into work with my everyday carry items. Works great for hauling a bag of groceries too while helping me walk to and from work and church.

It’s solid and reliable. I bought for when we go to shows to save carrying armloads of goods. Saves on bags

Like it as it fits in the trunk of our cars. Bought one for a friend as a gift. She was thrilled. It will help as not to carry heavy items.Will try it on steps, too soon yet. It is built solid . The wheels need to be installed and you will only need a pair of long nose pliers. It takes about 15 minutes.No photo because it is in my car in an underground parking, sorry. But same as shown on website. . Worth having on hand!

It was great for the first few months unfortunately it hasn't held up to the abuse and it has handled the abuse quite well 😜just wish it lasted a little longer
