Great for post op swelling and muscle pain / stiffness
I have been using this product for post-surgical pain and swelling after total knee replacement. My surgery didn't go well, and this leg squeezer keeps me sane. I finally got a second surgery a few weeks ago, and am once again using this product. To be clear, it's not a massager. It's just like the squeeze sleeves they put on you in the hospital that go on and off to help prevent blood clots. Where it has helped me is with muscle pain and swelling, especially after sitting at work. I put this on my legs and run through several programs while eating dinner and watching TV. It allows me to then get up and move again as opposed to being stuck in bed.At first I found it very difficult to get on and off, and the Velcro kept sticking to everything. I needed help with it. Now, my trick is this, and it's easy:1. Leave the foot velcroed shut and just slide your foot in.2. Each leg has a R or L on it to show you which it goes on - use the correct one.3. Realize that your leg is probably not the same width at all places so wrap it so it fits, not necessarily so it's straight.4. When unwrapping yourself, do one leg at a time. First undo calf then slide off foot keeping foot part velcroed shut. Fold the foot into the calf then secure the calf velco around it. Then remove the thigh and secure that around the calf/foot combination. Trust me, your future self will thank you when you aren't trying to de-velco everything next time you use it. It also makes detsnhling wires a breeze if you get them twisted. My only complaint is that the velco does wear out over time, but that's not surprising considering the amount of time I use it on both legs. Now sometime the Velcro comes undone when I wrap it tightly because it doesn't have the same sticking power. It would be a nice upgrade to have "industrial strength" brand name Velcro instead of generic hook part that doesn't stick as well long term.Still, for the price, I'm buying it again since they don't sell replacement wraps.PSA - there is no heat or massage. It's air compression, but that's just what I needed to reduce pain and swelling.

Great for Thick, Solid Legs
We only just received it today, so if anything about my opinion changes I'll come back to update.I got this for my husband for Father's Day. It came very quickly, had nice packaging (I'll be reusing the box!), and was relatively easy to assemble (it comes mostly assembled, only took me about 5 minutes).I want to add, I missed in the description that it comes with a carrying bag, which we are loving! The cords attaching the control unit to the actual sleeves are a bit short, but not inconvenient enough to dock any real points. There are a few typos in the English portion of the manual, but still completely legible/understandable. I appreciate that there are only 3 pages of instructions. Finally, we chose this set specifically because my husband has redwood trunks for legs. These definitely wouldn't fit without the included extensions, but they fit great with them. The widest point of his calves measure 23", and the widest point of his thighs measure ~28". He wears a size 16-17 shoe, and the feet sleeves fit great. He reports feeling totally satisfied and relieved of some discomfort.I'm currently 6 months pregnant, and plan to take it for a ride in the coming months. In contrast, I have toothpicks for legs, so I will come back to update after I try it.

Worthless. Absolutely worthless.
You know those blood pressure machines that are slightly uncomfortable when the squeeze your arm? Imagine that for your legs and feet. And the whole thing about a "massage"? That's a lie.THERE IS ZERO MASSAGE CAPABILITY OF THIS DEVICE! ZERO movement. ZERO dynamics of any kind. It squeezes your legs and that's it.Also, it is extremely cumberaome and unweildy. It took a good 15 minutes once out of the package to turn it on.And the seller? YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOR NOT ALLOWING RETURNS.You KNEW that this ia worthless and you're selling it anyway.Even the title "leg massager" is a lie. This seller has obvious enployed unethical practices to artificially spike the reviews. NOBODY in their right mind would EVER recommend such a waste of money. It is practically CRIMINAL to sell this as advertised. I am seriously thinking legal action is not out od the question -- A class action lawsuit for fraud.Useless waste of raw materials.Absolutely disgusting.
