The charger is Very poorly made China junk, and looks like it was made for another application, since it is very hard to remove the battery once inserted. The instructions say nothing about how to wash these without damaging them, so I wouldn't. I sent an email to the manufacturer- We'll see if I get a response. The gloves are well made and the lights are nice and bright. They are over priced at $100 with a Junk charger, but I guess if it keeps just One car from hitting you, then I shouldn't complain.Update: Customer Service responded within minutes, and advised replacement charger being shipped. Most cyclists do not know how to properly signal by putting their left arm (the one closest to traffic) outward for a left turn, at an upward square or 90 degree angle for a right turn and down when you are stopping. These gloves have a right turn arrow on the right glove which means you use your right arm (the one that is on the opposite side of traffic) to signal.
