With just a velvet cloth to make up for all comfort/cushioning etc. The foot bed has the same black velvet very cheaply wrapped around what seemed like a thin cheapest 1mm foam, which again was torn at many places. Under it was the hard sole bed which had 'Kulti' stamped on it, in hindi, whatever that means. Wanted to buy black boots and found that nowhere in any renowned brand.
