Rustic Knotty Alder Wood Entry Door #20, Left Hand (Left-Handing)

The door looks great when it is installed. But the problems that came with it make me question the quality and care. It arrived with damaged brick molding and a damaged header. The door also had dings where you can see bare wood. The bottom frame was made too high, so the door would not close after being installed. The carpenter had to remove the header and the bottom , improvise and ended up costing me extra.

Door looks great and seems to be of high quality . We put a storm door in front of it so hopefully no issues will arise as with the other reviewers. We already have gotten lots of compliments on it
