This Qoosea is totally different in operation: it uses a switch instead of either a push-pull (these always fail within 6 months), or a twist, which is also reliable. It's very large & imposing, but it's also quite impressive-looking. Installation is reasonably easy & various adaptors are included in the kit. Mine doesn't leak, which is a bit of a surprise, considering that the threads on my tap should be quite worn by now with having changed so many aerators! Operation is a dream: a simple flick of the switch takes it from spray to jet. There is usually a slight drip as the tap changes modes, but it's not a problem, it's merely the residual water that is clearing out of the head. The angle that the head can achieve isn't as great as my other aerators, particularly the JaneYi, but it's adequate for my uses. Any suggestions?** A: Mandy If the rouge spray is coming from the outlet holes or the main body, there could be a small defect and you think that it is faulty then you should send it back. However if the fine spray is coming from the screw thread you should check that you had attached it correctly and you have not crossed the threads. This check is easily done by removing the nozzle and refitting it paying particular attention to the threads, check that they are not damaged. While you have the nozzle off, have you included the sealing washer into the attachment? If there is more than one option in the bag try a different one. If all else fails, send it back for a full refund. Robert. **Q: The spray works but when switched to the stream I get a mixture of stream and spray. Is it faulty or is it in the fitting?** A: One setting is stream and the other setting is a strong spray. Yours may be faulty. Also check that you have proper washers, I used 2 as was leaking a bit and not coming through strong. It reduces water wastage and sink splatter. 3 modes are useful for different requirements and the 360 swivel is really good. Downsides for me are; -it didnt come with 2 washers but they do provide plumibing tape -a simple & quick guide for installation would be useful -build quality feels a little cheap Overall a really good product and would recommend.
