Best ink I have ever used in 40 years.
Easy to install, never had leaks, never had malfunction. It is clear that the cartridge is designed to use the entire contents before replacement is required: no wasted residual ink left in the cartridge.

Does the job and works the first time, every time.
Works good. I use it at home and so I do not print as much as at work. That being said, next time I will order the high yield in black and regular in the colors.The HP laser printer is excellent and just as good as the big ones at work. I use it to print barcodes and even if I scan it in or make copies the barcodes are still readable.The 4 stars is only because I should have gotten the high yield in black and the price is a little high!Oh huge bonus is that you can recycle your old toner for free with included mailing label. If you care about the earth and all that👍

Great quality and price, just need to transfer the chip from old cartridge
This cartridge does not come with the chip needed. All you need to do is remove the chip from the original HP cartridge and install in this one. The instructions were very easy for this process. For the cost we saved on buying the original cartridge, it was well worth transferring the chip! Will definitely be going this route for all our future cartridges!

Too Expensive But You Get What You Pay For
I have tried to use non HP cartridges for my HP MFP M277dw colour laser printer. I seldom use colour, but it is nice to have if you need it, so I have only replaced the black toner. I tried a LCL CF400X/CF400A replacement cartridge that worked well for a while, but then started having lines. I replaced it with a second LCL and after 10% use it became very splotchy with lines and black spots, which was not satisfactory. This was a much quicker deterioration of print quality that after the first one. I wondered if I had to get the printer cleaned, but took a chance on ordering a genuine HP cartridge. This seemed to take care of the problem, and I wonder if HP has set it up so that you can't use aftermarket cartridges (at 20% of the price!) Not happy with the price, but much better quality.
