I suspect that it won't fit most recumbent bikes comfortably. It definitely was a step up from the wood-wrapped leather my current seat is.That said, it's not very durable. After only 50 miles or so of use It's nearly flattened, especially where the coccyx sits. Because it crushes in with lots of divots, cleaning it after use is difficult. I don't think there would be much left in the way of cushioning after another 50 or so miles. Given the total lack of durability, I'd recommend strongly against buying this. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good pad but I wish it was thicker *by B***A on Reviewed in the United States on February 7, 2017* The pad really does help, but it just helps. It really does not solve the problem. It applies very easily and stays in place. It makes the bike more comfortable but it doesn't do enough to let you forget that you bought a bike with a very uncomfortable seat. ### ⭐ Doesn't provide much cushioning *by L***S on Reviewed in the United States on January 28, 2019* The foam is HARD, so it really doesn't add any comfort at all. It is also smaller than my recumbent bike seat, so it doesn't fit comfortably. You are better off going to a crafts store and buying foam to cut. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/15796153-treadlife-fitness-recumbent-bike-seat-pad-foam-black-16-x](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/15796153-treadlife-fitness-recumbent-bike-seat-pad-foam-black-16-x) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
