Excellent
We have always used pellets, seed, and homemade mash for our green cheek. Even though I am not a fan of feeding her sunflower seeds, this has been the best seed I have found. Why? Because this is fortified better than others. Our bird is over 15 and she is crawling around her cage and flipping around and hanging imposition like never before. He used to injure herself and now everything is healed and strong. She is a happy and seeing her thrive so are we.

My cocktails things it's pretty good eating. At first I wasn't sure if they would eat it all. I learned to not refill the dishes until they had ate everything. Usually it takes one more day.
