Excellent. Low cost to run also.
I fitted one in my bathroom, had to install it upside down because of wiring locations but it works very well. It's running cost is approx 4p to 6p an hour and as my bathroom is small it heats the room up nicely too. I like the 2hr and 4hr options as I don't need to worry about switching it off. Very easy to wire in too.

Bad design
Very nice but it only switches on when you push the buttons. It would be helpful if you could put it on a timer so that it switches on in the wee small hours. Sadly you can't do that.

Looks great & value for money
Second one - first item was poorly packed and arrived damaged. Was sent back and immediately refunded. Second delivery was well packed and arrived in perfect order .. easy to install and it looks great! Very happy with it and love the timer button for 2 or 4 hours should you wish to set the heat rather than leave it on. Great quality for the price. It also looks great!

Although the product is good value and works as stated, it would be far better, if the on/off controls were at the top of the rail rather than the bottom, so you don't need to bend down to switch on off. This is easily possible, so not sure why the designers think the low level is acceptable.In product description it would be beneficial to know the the distances between the mounting posts as it would make choosing the correct towel rail easier.

Cheap to run and warms towels great.
Good and easy fit. It is not a towel radiator or dryer. It warms the towels and can be on for 2or4 hours.
