No it isn’t you have to purchase as a separate item, you are only buying the frame with the link that’s attached to your question! But if you can afford it then buy the seat and frame together and I’m sure you will be happy, just make sure they both meet your requirements first, do your research but I personally think they are very good! Can the seat height be adjusted ? looks really low

yes their are 3 different height settings just need to adjust the screws with a spanner or socket set
