Can you put these on windows?

I would say yes, may need to use a razor blade to get them off. I used them on a vinyl floor.

Do these leave residue when removed?

Not sure. I put them on the floor in a medical Clinic to guide patients and haven’t removed them. They haven’t worn off or curled. I would imagine goo gone would work if it did leave anything sticky.

Are these textured in anyway to provide a nonslip surface?

They are not textured at all. These are like vinyl stickers.
