Brilliant set of 4 solar powered LED Solar lights. Really easy to install – simply screw them to your desired wall with the screw and fittings provided. The main reason I chose this product was the fact the lights are solar powered means they don’t need a power source, so no electrical work is required. Being solar powered also makes the lights a lot ‘Greener’ and means they cost nothing to run as no electricity is required. Each light works perfectly and produces a very bright beam of light. They are LED lights so shouldn’t get hot and should have a higher life span than regular light types. The battery capacity of each light is very high so they have the potential to store a lot of energy and continue working even when there isn’t much sun for them to charge off, once fully charged the lights have between 8 and 10 hours working time. The lights are made for outside use and as such are weatherproof and waterproof. The lights have three modes, one that’s automatically comes on at night or in darkness, one that’s a constant light that gets brighter when people approach, and one that gets brighter as people approach but turns off once they leave. Overall these lights are a fantastic purchase, easy to install and easy to use, and no running costs.

Overall: product sturdy and would recommend. Fixings: the screws that came with the goods felt weak and although included I would recommend using your own screws. The product itself is fairly light so maybe the screws provided were sufficient but for own piece of mind would use your own. Aesthics: quite boxy, measuring 8cm long so same width as my timber posts against my fence which sits quite nicely. Aesthically not the best looking product on the market, but given where it is located its fine and really goes unnoticed. Brightness: good, I thought it would be more bright given the amount of LEDs but actually from the picture below you can see it lights up half of the garden c.5 meter wide Motion: detects motion very well. I walked down the centre of the garden so c.5m away from the lights and it detected. Overall 5 star rating for value for money and would recommend. I am even considering purchasing another pack for the other side of my garden, only consideration is the other side doesn't attract much sunlight.

Quite bright, quite a sensitive turn-on, but not actually sensitive to motion, simply sensitive to a heat source (body heat, that is). Still, they worked ok, except that one of the four in the pack I received didn't work at all. When I called Amazon, I was offered a refund if I sent them back. When I told them that three had already been installed, they gave me a refund anyway, without having to send them back. Thank you Amazon.

These solar lights are simple to install and work great. I recommend peeling off the film over the solar part and placing them in the sun for a day first. Then you need to use the enclosed pin to push into the tiny hole to turn them on. I walked into a dark closet with each one to make sure they worked before taking the time to install them, It is much easier that way. All 4 of them came on after only charging for a couple of hours of sunlight. They give off a good amount of light and now we can see coming up the dark driveway with lots of trees. The motion sensor detects the car at a good distance (or a person) and illuminates the area.

I bought this pack of lights as I wanted a number of smaller lights as opposed to one big one. The other feature that was most important was the ability to switch the mode. So, for example if I just wanted them on if we were sitting in the area I could do, whereas with traditional motion sensing lights you have to keep waving your arms around! As a bonus these lights also have a nice low glow with no motion and full lights with motion and this is the mode I have selected. The lights have been up for about a week and I'm pleased - even without proper sunlight in the overcast days we have had they have gained enough charge to run for several hours on a low beam. Good value and came very quickly.

These are such great value. I have quite a long garden, which is not lit. The path that runs down the garden can be difficult to navigate in the dark, so I got these to light up the route. When they arrived I was surprised at how physically small they were.. But i charged them up outside for a couple of days and attached them to the fence, and drainpipe on the back of my house by the patio. I set them to option 1 which is off until motion detected then in bright for 15s then off again. I tried the patio first and was amazed a how bright and wide the field of light was. It lit the whole patio. Then I tried walking down the garden to check the motion and lighting of the path, because I mounted them quite low, only about 1.2m off the ground. The detection was about 7/8 ft away from the sensor which for that height and positioning was fine. I tried walking in from the back, so when I open my gate and walk in, the first turns on, then as I'm walking up the path the others light sequentially. The path is well lit the whole way, and turned off as expected. My cats trigger the sensor too, so I'm happy that anyone that shouldn't be in there at night will also trigger them, so decent for use as a safety feature/deterrent! In the box you get the four units, and two screws and plugs for each. I attached them with cable ties which also seem to work fine. They are very bright and work perfectly. If you need a longer range, I would recommend fixing them higher, the angle of the sensor seems to work better if it's high. Definitely recommend these.
