I'm 5'7", 130lb with hips and a butt, the size small fits well around the waist with being a tad too big. The length hits about at the ankle when wearing high waisted. It does have a white lining that goes to about mid thigh. It helps with the sheerness but properly colored undergarments will be needed. I love the way the skirt flows especially when walking. The material is light and airy.
