I bought this to replace our coloured bladed knives and it's fantastic! Looks and feels high quality. Fits nicely in my hand, has a good grip and balanced weight. Slices through even the toughest of loaves with ease and I like that it comes with a cover.

Best bread knife we have ever had and sooooo sharp superb!!

As far as bread knives go this is perfect, good on a crusty loaf, sourdough and even rounding the edges of cooled cakes! Simple and easy to clean, good quality and easily dishwasher safe too! Only reason I haven't scored it more on versatility, is its a bread knife and the adaptability isn't high!

Haven’t had a chance to use this bread knive yet but I do like it.

Went on the Zyliss name in the end as we had another knife from them which has served us so well for years; in fact so 'does what it does on the packet' we didnt realise it was a Zyliss knife Great to be able to cut bread straight again and the blade slices through easily. Nice full protection of the blade when not in use. Knife is well balanced. I'd recommend.

Great for slicing my current buns

This Knife is very sharp and has a very nice grippy handle infact it's so sharp my boards are taking a beating. The blade is quality material it might not look much when you open it but it is perfect and has a nice sheath to protect any little hands around as well as your own. Slices through fresh baked crusty bread beautifully.
