We were looking for something inexpensive, but nice to replace our old area rug. I am so happy we went for this. It was delivered way sooner than expected, and the quality is lovely. The rug is soft. I love that it’s made in Spain as opposed to China.It arrived folded in a box, which our poor delivery driver said kept breaking all day, but he managed to keep safe for us. I wish it had arrived rolled instead of folded so there weren’t lines in the rug but these should hopefully disappear eventually.I really recommend this rug and I wouldn’t hesitate buying again from this seller.

Soft, reasonable price - some fold marks when it arrived but blasted it with some steam from my iron and soon disappeared- looks lovely and neutral in my 18c hallway

I recently purchased a round Jute rug, but it arrived damaged due to poor packaging, with creases and folds all over. Furthermore, it was dirty and covered in dust, giving the impression it was used rather than new. Despite providing evidence and requesting a refund for the faulty product, the seller refused to take responsibility for the return of a faulty item, insisting that the rug was only creased, not faulty. Eventually, I decided to cover the return costs myself. Initially, the seller provided an Indian return address, which I believe was an attempt to discourage me, considering the return cost would exceed the product's value. However, after insisting on my right to return it to a UK address via Amazon, they provided one. Even after receiving the return, it took over a week for them to issue a refund, which only happened after I emailed proof of delivery. Although I finally received a refund (excluding the return costs), I won't be purchasing from this seller again.

Needed to replace my existing jute rug (also purchased via Amazon but an oval shape as rectangle not available at the time). This seemed perfect - just the size required. Delivered wrapped in half in cardboard box. Quickly settled flat and looks good. Does move slightly as no backing but not an issue for me. Have run the hoover over a few times and responds well. As you'd expect there are one or two "tufts" sticking up but just adds to the overall natural look.Good product and would recommend

Ich bin angenehm überrascht von der guten Qualität! Obwohl die Katze ihn zu ihrem Spielteppich auserkoren hat, sieht er nach einigen Wochen noch immer aus wie neu. Er sieht ästhetisch aus und fühlt sich angenehm an unter den Füßen. Klare Empfehlung!

Etwas längere Lieferzeit. Nach auspacken waren die Teppiche uneben. Mit der Zeit haben sie sich ausgerichtet. Katze mag sie.
