received with defective coil, went to do a tune up on my truck and changed wires cap rotor and plugs... would not start.. swapped the old cap and coil back in and ran fine... WTF... I am sure accel will be of no help.... but i am going to give them hell anyway.

Missing advance springs, heat sink grease, and bushings! Otherwise excellent kit.
Wish I would have read the reviews first... My 8200 kit came with only the black advance curve springs (no gold or silver), no bushings for the advance weights to ride on the pins, no white heat sink grease for the module, and no Allen key. Other than that, the kit is very good, and works. Note: the instructions don't tell you so, but with the 50k Ohm coil, you MUST increase the gap to .050 on your spark plugs. Five stars for operation and quality, two stars for completeness.

Sent back missing s lot of parts gig a better system now any way

Don't believe the photos or the instruction manual
I called the manufacturer after finding that two sets of mechanical advance springs, weight bushings and allen key for adjusting the vacuum advance were missing from the kit. The representative from Accel confirmed that these parts are not part of the kit despite the photos and instructions published by the manufacturer. I was instructed to go buy a Mr. Gasket advance curve kit if I wanted the bushings and additional springs. Very disappointing.
