Not too huge, tying the shoe tight kept it on her foot all day at school. They lite up great. She was so surprised when I let her open them. Will definitely be buying them again in future. The 13 was about like a 13-1/2. Wished I would've bought 12-1/2 and they would've been perfect. But happy with purchase. She wore them to school with halloween costume and got them a little dirty but I will clean them with damp towel.
