Good iron
Arrived in a box that looked like it had been kicked all around the warehouse. To be honest it looked like an iron that a previous customer had returned. No Manual in box. However the Iron itself works perfectly and seems like a quality Iron.

Good but hard to tell temperature
This iron works great as far as it's ability to iron creases out of clothes. It also has a lovely long cable. However, the problem is that the labels that tell you which colour is hottest etc wear off really quickly (less than a month) as these are on the handle. So then you're left struggling to remember which colour is which!

You get what you order
The iron is being returned. It was dead when I turned it on. It had been used as the soleplate was scratched and dirty. The plug was chipped. Very disappointed for £64.
