When this product arrived I was taken back by the size of it. I have attached a photo of it before I first used it.It looks huge.My first thought was this is going to be ridiculously uncomfortable walking around with that inside me all day and that maybe I should have ordered a smaller size but as I have had two vaginal births I went for the size L. I hate to admit that once it is inserted correctly you can not feel it. I must have a bigger vagina than I like to believe, my poor partner!I have used this for my pass three cycles and I am converted. I am so happy with my purchase!I boil it before and after each cycle and then in between simply just rinse out.It lasts all night long and when you wake up in the morning there is no dreaded fear that when you stand up that you will leak as surely I am not the only one who use to do the dreaded run to the bathroom in the morning?!You are able to go to the toilet with ease with it in and do not have to empty it each time if you don't want to. No more worrying about weeing on your tampon string!The list of positives could go on but we are talking about our monthly cycle and blood so it isn't all sunshine and rainbows.It can become quite messy if you accidentally pull it out wrong and it can feel quite uncomfortable if you let go of your grip and let it open up before it's fully out. It takes some time to get use to it but after each use you will become more confident using it.I have already recommended friends and work colleagues to give this item a try so if you are thinking about it, just go for it!

Finally, that time of the month has arrived! Day 2 and I've come running back on to here to share my experience. I was a virgin to these new cuppy things and within 48 hrs I'm a convert!I prepared myself for having to spend months adjusting or trying different cups as so many people have said but either I'm just super lucky or it's all exaggerated because I just followed the instructions and shoved it up there, gave a wiggle. It kind of shifted itself into the right place and off I went. No leaks. I can't feel it. No dirty pee soaked tampon strings. No manky pads. No smell !!! I'm am in love and so, so greatful for this little plastic life changer!The first time I removed the cup was hilarious as I sort of spilt the gooey stuff all over the bathroom floor but I've already got the hang of it. The cup holds quite a bit too! It's fascinating to see what it all really looks like too. A tad gross but also amazing. I know, I know - get a grip, right?So I ordered the bigger one - I've had two kids (one with a seemingly giant head that tore my vajayjay to high heaven) and GP mentioned I had a high cervix. Not sure if that's a compliment? But if you can relate that's probably the size to go for.Good luck. Be brave. You won't regret it!

I have wanted to get a menstrual cup for a long time. I finally bit the bullet and did my research and found My Green Vibes to offer a great product; a decent organisation in terms of sustainability and safety too. The product arrived on time and on initial inspection felt it was soft, yet durable and strong. The one thing I didn't factor in was me. I had an episiotomy when my son was born 7 years ago. The initial stitching didn't heal properly and it resulted in several painful months of various treatments, nothing worked and I ended up having surgery to resolve it properly. It worked but the tissue has never been the same since. Unfortunately inserting and removing the cup was very painful and I had to stop using it after the first couple of uses. I think My Green Vibes is a great product, but it just didn't work out for me.

At 33 years old I'm becoming quite aware of the impact of my monthly cycle on the planet, so I purchased this. I'd looked into cups many times over the years, but always put myself off. I'm glad I finally took the plunge. It's so liberating being able to go out all day without having to worry about finding somewhere to change pads and tampons. I just pop it in in the morning and change it in the evening when I get home. I have a light to medium flow and it's only ever 1/4 full. I also love not having the telltale string hanging down, and trying to pee without getting it wet...urgh! The cup is so discreet nobody would know it was your time of the month. Now - I did struggle a bit to insert it, but that will improve with time and skill. And once it was in, I thought I was going to have to call my GP to get it taken out again 🥺 here's the trick ladies; squat, push the pelvic floor to bring the cup 'down', grab the base and wiggle it out. I hope that saves someone from embarrassment.

I had heard about cups briefly but probably like most other people the thought of it initially put me off. But then recently I had started to think about them again and with the importance of making our planet a cleaner place I decided to bite the bullet and order one.This cup caught by eye firstly by the lovely packaging and then the fact that they donate 10% to cleaning beaches had me sold.The product arrived quickly and just in time for me to put it to use.The instructions are easy to follow and surprinsgly I found the insertion really easy. I put a pad on "just incase". This really wasn't necessary though as I found when I woke up the next morning that there had been no leakages. Its comfortable to wear to the point that I didn't even feel it was there.Removing is simple too. Squeeze the bottom which releases the suction and it is out. I thought there would be more in the cup but it was less than 20mls.I have told anyone who will listen to me about these cups and have already converted 2 of my friends.Really is an amazing product

Bon soyons franc, j’ai acheté cette cup pour faire plaisir à ma soeur qui me culpabilisait à fond et me promettait des économies de reve. Et bien ca a changé ma vie ! Maintenant je me suis transformée en vendeuse de cup en essayant de convaincre toutes mes copines !En gros, la prise en main demande un peu de patience (je crois que je connais la notice par coeur), la 1ere semaine, c’est un petit stress de « est-ce que ca va bien tenir ce petit truc ? » mais avec une petite serviette « au cas où » la pression retombe et dès le 2eme mois tu es bien plus à l’aise, et après c'est que du bonheur !Tout d'abord j'ai arrêté de jeter des dizaines de tampons et serviettes et ça c'est un soulagement (pour moi et la planète), fini la honte de la poubelle pleine de tampons usés et la ficelle plein d’eau qui sort du maillot de bain et ensuite ça fait de sacrées économies. Et c'est tellement pratique !Mon seul souci c'est les toilettes au travail mais maintenant je vais aux toilettes handicapés avec le petit lavabo et sinon je prends une petite bouteille dans mon sac quand je suis en déplacement.Je trouve très pratique le petit sachet fourni avec, qui permet de la garder discrètement et propre avec soi tout le temps.

Reçue rapidement, la cup est livrée avec un petit pochon en coton très pratique pour la ranger. J'en suis très contente !
