Carburetor Rebuild Kit for Edelbrock 1405 1406 1407 1408 1409 1410 1411 (With Bowl Cover Gasket)

I took a chance on this. It worked out perfectlyfor my Edelbrock AVS2 650. Two of the gaskets where a little off, if you place it right it will work.

Fit a 1406 almost perfectly, fixed the carb and got the truck running again. The issues most have are probably due to this fitting so many types, and some trimming is required.

Junk. None of the venturi gaskets were even close to fitting. Tried trimming with scissors and ended up reusing the old gaskets. The floats were ratty looking so I reused the old ones again. The body gasket seemed ok but not sure why they sent two identical ones.

Used this for a 1406 Edelbrock rebuild, not bad, some of the gaskets had to be trimmed.

The small gaskets for the Primary venturi boosters and the secondary venturi boosters were incorrect. Otherwise the kit was ok.

Good quality parts. Rebuilt 2 carburetors and had no issues.

Currently I am working on a 1968 ford f100 4x4 high boy with a Edelbrock 1406 carb with electric choke. I bought this because I am a high school senior so my budget is only so much. well anyways I bought this because my truck was acting like there was something plugging the jets and isn't getting fuel. so I bought the rebuild kit and once it came I tore apart the carb at my school because i have shop class and used our sonic cleaner to clean the main part of the carb and all the jets and sprayers. after that i put in everything that the rebuild kit needed replaced. but to note there are 4 carb float needles two of the flote needles are a normal needle that is for performance and getting the most horsepower out of the engine. then there are needles that have a spring that is separated that has to be put together that is more for off-roading. the reason it has the spring in it is for more stability. I put the ones with the springs in because I live on a gravel road and where I live is mostly gravel so I put those needles in . the only problem is the little gaskets for the sprairs to feed the engine with fuel were a little snug on the screws and ports but nothing to be worried about. also after putting all the new components in. The flotes will need to be adjusted. you can watch youtube videos to see how much they need to be set and how to properly set them. after getting this back together the carb worked perfect after doing a toon up so I would suggest this to someone that is on a budget like me.

All parts fit well and easy to assemble. Gaskets fit good and 'O' rings as well.

Edelbrock製を米国から取り寄せるまでガスケットのみ使用してます。 大きいガスケットは問題なく使用してます。 小さなガスケットはちょっとサイズが大きかったですが鋏で切って問題なく使用できてます。 金属部品は未使用ですが、フロートに関してはフロート高さを調整する金具の取付位置が2つともバラバラでこのままでは使用できません。追加工が必要です。

これは酷いゴミクオリティー。全部のガスケットの穴も微妙にズレてるし、サイズもでかい。 加速ポンプの穴が小さすぎてS字フック入らない（ドリル加工必要）。ガスケットカット、ドリルで穴を大きくするなどの加工が必要です。フロートもハンダ汚くて使う気になれない。
