Do not waste your Time/Money
Do not fit on gas tank that uses the breather vent on top. The rubber gaskets to seal got big/streched just 2 days after I install it. There is a Pin that holds the handle that goes up and down that came of on mine. Save your time and money. Do not get this thing.

Not flush fitting
Looks good but isn't flush on the gad tank. 2008 Sportster 1200xl Nightster

Great value
The only thing you need to add is an O ring. Due to allot of fumes escaping once tank warms up due to heat. You could see the fumes expelling from around the center knob. Very flush mount.

Different design but good quality
This flush mount is not like most others. Where the others are usually a two piece, this is a single piece. It doesn't have a base that stays screwed into the gas tank bung like the others while there cap pops up. On this one the cap itself is flush mount with a knurled knob in the center that pops up instead. A little different design but it'sjust as easy if not easier to open and close. Good fit and finish. Would recommend again

came apart in my tank
fit my Moto Guzzi V9 perfect. Unfortunatly there is not much information out there on Moto Guzzi. Was a great product when i got it. Fit perfectly. looked good. After a short time, only opened it to fill maybe 3 times, I noticed gas seeping ou at the top and the spinning part on top would not fully open. so I removed the entire cap and the bottom had come apart into my gas tank. I had to tape up my tank for the ride home. Since I didn't see that coming I don't know what part of it failed. but deffinatly make sure the screw on the under side is tight. very dissapointed.
