I'm experimenting with fucoidan for management of seasonal allergies, and this was a great product to start with. The very small dose (100 mg) allowed me to start small and scale up to one gram in a day. I sneezed a lot less, and my nose felt a lot less itchy than if I hadn't taken anything. It's not quite as good as Allegra, so I'm going to add EGCG to the mix to see if that gets me up to the level of symptom management I'm used to.For PURE SYNERGY, my feedback is that I like the product, and I would like it even more if you made it in a larger dose (500 mg per capsule) and standardized to a high percent of fucoidan (e.g. 85%) so that I can avoid the phlorotannins in whole brown seaweed extract.

Great subscription for Doctors Best Fibroboost. Had been taking it for years for fibromyalgia. Such a help.

This is perfect for my weightloss journey. I open these up and put the contents in my veggie juice every other day. So satisfied and no funky taste either.

It's hard to know for certain if this is helping my immune system or not. I also use echincea, Vit. C, zinc lozenges, berry powder, Black Raspberry extract & Sambucus/Elderberry extract. I usually get a sinus infection every winter...but not with this group of antioxidants! The berry powder and extracts I put in a glass of sparkling mineral water with a little chocolate syrup. Makes a yummy drink and is good for me. As long as I can prevent an annual infection, I'll continue with this same combination -- some capsules, some extracts--some taken as pills, some in a drink.. I do know this much...it sure isn't hurting me!

call me crazy, but a week on this and my BPH symptoms are significantly better. I will update this review after 3 months

This is great for anti-aging at a cellular level by boosting nitric oxide blood levels for an increase in energy . I will continue to use. It has worked.
