has anyone put this in the washing machine? is safe to wash in machine? they say not to but was wondering if it would be ok.

Yes you can! I put mine in the washing machine on hot with two dirty towels, bleach and detergent. It was very dirty, mildew and soap scum stained when I put it in and came out brand new. Just take it out after rinse and before the spin cycle

Does this come with rings?

No, just the curtain. But I would recommend some strong rings. This curtain can get quite heavy if you fill all the pockets.

Love this. bought twice. mildew both times. how do i prevent it?

Layer white towels carefully on bottom of washer. Then add all your mildewed curtains. Add another layer of whites to the top. Use warm or hot water and detergent as usual with 1 cup of Clorox. Wash as normal. The bleach and agitation of the towels will remove every bit of mildew. I like to put only the curtains in the dryer for a few minutes just to get rid of the water and make them soft to hang. This has worked on all plastic or vinyl curtains for me for 40 years.

Can this be used with iPhones/iPads? Are you able to touch the screen with this?

This isn't to be used with electronics. The pockets are mesh, and face into the shower. The pockets are for toiletries.
