If it said "ashwagandha" on it, there's no reason why it would be different from a different ashwagandha supplement. That is utterly wrong.Here are differences in this supplement that I spotted:1) It is standardized. KSM-66 is basically the brand name. That means that they cannot lie about what's in the supplement like many manufacturers do.2) It's a concentrated extract. It contains 5% of the active ingredient, which are called withanolides. Most ashwagandha supplements have about 1.5% or much lower if they aren't considered extracts.3) The dose is high. Each serving (2 capsules) have 1,000mg (or 1 whole gram!) of the extract in it. Again, most ashwagandha supplements I've tried have less than that, AND a lower concentration!Now onto the supplement itself. I have some anxiety, and I thought this will help. It certainly does help I believe. I've been taking it every morning. It's not psychoactive like a drug would be, but I notice I have a much more clear mind. I still have anxiety in social situations, but my body feels a little more free/loose if that makes sense.
