It's lovely yarn, very robust yet soft. However, this is not a #4 like it claims. More like a #3 / heavy DK weight which is an absolute shame because I wanted it to make a scarf for a friend but it's far too thin.

Love this yarn! Caron yarn is a quality yarn, easy to work with, it stays together even if you have to undo a portion of your work and re-knit it. The yarn keeps it's elasticity well. It's very soft as well. This particular collection (speckled) is one of my favorites I love the speckles of color throughout the yarn.

I love the mixed colors and the feel of the material. This yarn is easy to crochet with and forgiving if you make a mistake and need to redo the work. I made a dress with a headband for my niece (4 years old) and she loved it! She said "This one, not itchy".

This yarn is perfect and patterns exactly how you expect. I am working on a project that calls for a bloody/scarred open flesh -y kind of look & I didn’t want to embroider any kind of anything, so I hoped this yarn would resemble creepy skin & BOY I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. Thanks!
