Paid but didn’t receive the items!! No hearing by Amazon or Go Colors!
I had ordered 6 Go Colors Leggings - received only 1 along with someone else’s order of a black pant, while my order was marked delivered for all 6. Reported the issue to Amazon. They conducted their “internal investigation” and said that the items were delivered. They didn’t provide me any proof, for instance, the tracking order where the weight of the packet was mentioned, and kept having me go on circles from one incompetent rep to another. Finally, one gave me an email id and the response is - we cannot do anything. I would have thought that this is a one off thing. But something like this but at a small scale had happened last year to me when the order was shown to be delivered but wasn’t. At that time, the service rep refunded my money. Having spoken to many of my friends and family, I discovered that this thing happens more often than you think. Everyone has experienced this in the last few months. It makes me wonder how I can trust either Amazon or Go Colors ever again?? My disappointment is at many levels - 1. Couldn’t wear the dress I wanted for a wedding for which I bought these leggings 2. Don’t have the same level of trust in Amazon and not sure if that can ever be fixed - remember that I never bought anything from FlipKart because of trust issues with them before!! 3. For a brand like Go Colors and a platform like Amazon, not being able to provide proper customer service - that’s most disappointing! Even if they couldn’t help me recover my lost leggings, I would have been satisfied if they at least said a sorry!!! But they chose not to - which I find very disrespectful!! One thing for sure - never Go Colors ever again! Am going to reduce my shopping from Amazon now also!!
