## Description

Tim Hortons is Canada’s favorite coffee for a reason. For over 50 years, we have overseen every step in our coffee process to ensure we offer you the quality you deserve. That rich coffee flavor you know and love is at its peak right after it is freshly ground. Now you can grind Tim Hortons whole coffee beans at home for coffee at its fullest potential. After grinding, use it with a filter in automatic coffee makers, in a french press, as a pourover, or even to make cold brew coffee. Drink it black, with milk, or add two creams and two sugars to make our signature “Double Double” at home. We roast our own beans to ensure your coffee will taste the same cup after cup. Tim Hortons is happy to serve you coffee with care, from bean to cup and invite you to share our sentiment of positivity and togetherness with your community. In 1964, celebrated hockey legend Tim Horton opened our first coffee shop in a small town in Canada, serving our “Always Fresh” premium coffee blends to coffee-loving Canadians. Today Tim’s vision of creating a place where everyone was welcome to come in and enjoy a cup of coffee has spread to locations throughout Canada, the U.S., and now, the world. We are proud to serve you an amazing cup of coffee whether you enjoy it as your morning wakeup call or as an afternoon pick-me-up, from home, or from one of our worldwide locations.

Review: True 100% Arabica Comfort — The Reliable OG Bean - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ True 100% Arabica Comfort — The Reliable OG Bean Tim Hortons Original Whole Bean Review — Smooth, Balanced, and Ritual-Ready The Tim Hortons Whole Bean Original delivers a genuinely smooth, balanced medium roast that works for everyday brews and slow-sip rituals alike. The beans are uniform, fresh-aromatic, and grinder-friendly, producing a cup that feels warm, mellow, and reliably satisfying. The medium roast profile brings gentle nut and light cocoa warmth, with a clean brightness that avoids sourness, bitterness, or dramatic roast monologues. It’s the kind of coffee that says “original” and actually tastes like original coffee beans, not an identity crisis. I’ve brewed this as: black coffee confidence cups creamy café mornings casual weekend pour-overs and post-meal sips In every case, it delivered clean extraction, solid aroma, and a smooth finish with no weird aftertaste leftovers hijacking the vibe. ☕ Best for: Daily home brewing with real coffee flavor Grinding fresh without clogs or uneven bits Enjoying black or with milk and light sweetener Coffee lovers who want ritual + dependability 👍 Pros: ✔ 100% arabica beans (true, clean flavor base) ✔ Smooth medium roast, easy to adjust with add-ins ✔ Great aroma when grinding and brewing ✔ Consistent beans, good structure ✔ Works across most coffee makers after grinding ✔ Feels premium without costing flagship guilt ✔ Doesn’t spike bitterness or sourness ⚠ Cons / tips: • It’s medium roast balance over espresso punch — not for volcanic-bold coffee seekers. • Transfer to an airtight container after opening to keep aroma maxed. • If you like richer cups, a dash of milk or honey complements it beautifully (standard coffee logic). Bottom line: If you want a smooth, aromatic, 100% Arabica whole bean coffee for everyday reliability, this one more than delivers. It brews calm, balanced, and consistently drinkable. No jitters, no drama — just a great cup every time. I’ll absolutely reorder! 😎☕🫘👏✅
Review: Pleasantly Surprised; Didn't know what I would get - I don't often give out five star reviews, but I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised as to how good this Tim Horton bag o' beans is. I ran out of coffee (I always like to buy coffee beans), and turned to my Prime account to see what was offered. Amid some of the pricier offers, the Tim Horton brand popped up. I've only heard of Tim Horton as a restaurant chain in Canada and that they served good coffee. Didn't know I could buy their coffee beans online here at desertcart. So the price was right for the beans and I took a chance. While some reviewers mentioned that their packages weren't fresh smelling or tasting, I decided to go ahead and order anyway (did I mention I was OUT OF COFFEE. Whew, I just needed some coffee...). Well, I must have lucked out because the beans appear to be fresh, and I love the taste of this coffee. I am so tempted to change my brand of beans to TH now - if desertcart continues to offer it, and the price is reasonable. Really, I can't tell you how darn surprised I am. Good on ya, Canada.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: why did the price increase more than double from my last order?**
A: The higher price listed over $12.99 is when Tim Hortons is out of stock and the other seller (not Tim Hortons) is set as the default seller. For some reason amazon runs out of stock and then after a few weeks its back. I always order 4 bags at a time so I don't run out. I really wish they had a subscribe and save agreement with Tim Hortons. After switching to Eight O'Clock beans for a number of months, I found that Sam's Club carries this 2pound Tim Horton's product in their stores for $12.88 per bag. Check their website to see if it's available to you locally.

**Q: Is this stuff supposed to taste different than the fine grind? My sister received a bag of fine grind for Christmas that was from Canada. It didn't look like the tins on here and had Christmas winter pictures on the side. It tasted a bit different, with more of a smooth flavor on the tongue. I'm not sure if it was beca…**
A: Trevor,I am a proud Canadien and American. I lived 16 years in Canada and know Tim Hortons very well.Tim Hortons has 3 grades of coffee and that is why sometimes the coffee taste different. As for these beans, it well depend on how much you grind it as well as the amount of beans you use. Always fresh grind right before brewing, keep the coffee in the freezer and most important once it done brewing, dump the filter. The beans I find is top grade and this is what I do. I find the coffee has a nice round and smooth flavour. I am picky about coffee and drink it black. Also, I use crusinart coffee maker because it brews slower. The slower the brew the better the taste. Plus if the burner is to high, it will burn the coffee.I hope this helps and sorry about the long winded answer-

**Q: what is the roast level?**
A: They call it medium, but as some have mentioned it seems to give you some aspects of lighter and darker roasts at the same time. Has an earthy taste, but a bit of a “green” light roast taste too.

What you get will depend a lot on how finely you grind it, what brewing method you use, and how much coffee you use per cup though. I ground it a little finer than usual for a pour over, since it’s medium roast, then brewed a pour over with 2 tbsp per 8pm water. This resulted in the earthy plus “greenish” taste combo without much bitterness or sourness.

**Q: “how long is the expiration date from the manufacturing date? adore tim hortons coffee, just bought 6 2lb bags with 151124 as mfg date. thanks!”**
A: translation of 151124 to American English is November 15 2024......American dates are different ris the month is usually first then the day. Canada uses British/European style of listing dates

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is not bad. Tastes almost Columbian.
*by P***. on October 23, 2022*

Tim Horton is a coffee I have never tried till now, but I am impressed. It's not a bad price and not a bad flavor. That is, it's not a Kona coffee, but what else is? The beans might be roasted a tad longer for my taste. I like a medium dark roast... but not a dark roast. I like strong coffee. It might be noted, I think Starbuck's coffee is awful. I just hate Starbuck's coffee. It tastes like Robusta beans overbrewed and made with too many beans per cup. Just my opinion. I have likened Starbuck coffee to ground roasted tires. Kind of that bitter rubbery taste, and nothing good about it until you add the cinnamon and cream, sugar and what not. But I say all that to let you know where my tastes are coming from. Starbucks is awful. Kona coffee is God's coffee. Tim Horton coffee is smack in the center there somewhere. I think its fresh. This has not been sitting around for long. The grinding of the beans yields a tempting aroma. After the coffee is brewed, it's a very satisfying average medium roast coffee. I would love to see what a medium dark roast whole bean Tim Horton coffee brand would yield. And for the price, hey, you can do a lot worse.
