Great medicine ! Just want to say please be consistent with the quality. Provide sound sleep with no side effects.

very hard...it was like medical anesthesia..whoever fill extremely insomnia then go for it otherwise 1 tablet per week OK

Not quite effective and expensive too
After using the product for a month, did not find any improvement in sleep cycle - both in terms of hours of sleep and its quality. Did not help in calming me down. Being 66 year old, I am aware about sleep disturbances and gave a sincere trial for more than 10 sleeping aid products on Amazon. Yet to find the right supplement.
