Essential Read for Massage and Movement Professionals
This is my favourite book! As a professional, I’m always looking to develop my skills and knowledge, and this book is incredibly insightful. It provided a deep understanding of myofascial meridians, which has greatly influenced how I approach massage, movement, and fascia work in my practice. The illustrations, explanations, and practical applications make it a must-have for therapists, trainers, and anyone serious about understanding the body’s connective tissue system. It truly inspired me to study fascia more thoroughly and apply these concepts professionally.

Must have for manual therapists and movement instructors!
Repurchasing as I couldn’t find my old copy. This really is a must have reference I’ve been using it to train with for nearly a decade and it’s useful as a practitioner, teacher or instructor across a multitude of disciplines, breaking down not just how the fascia system works, but detailing how it integrates into the larger body and the components that are its (and the body’s) make up. Complete with exercises, examples and a lot of explanation.

The best one out there!
I’m sure this book does not appear on layman radar, but in my case, the knowledge I gathered from this book is combined with ‘Encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding’. One way or another it may improve your sport life, help you to re-think about your old injuries or develop good strategy towards your new sport goal. A must have for all athletes.
