So I’m a personal trainer/registered yoga teacher who geeks out on anything about anatomy. One of my recent yoga teacher training courses delved into Anatomy Trains (Tom Myers). It was so good but I wanted more. I discovered this little book on Amazon and kept it in my wish list. For fun I’ve been doing assessments for the physical and mental body because my next journey is yoga therapy… My husband surprised me with this book and holy heckn heck! I LOVE it. It gives amazing descriptions and in depth details of the fascial meridians. There are pictures, exercises, and so much more all in a compact size. My Anatomy Trains book while incredible is big and heavy. This book is small but it is so incredibly worth it. It gives so much information. The small size will enable me to drag this book everywhere ❤️ Bravo to the creators of this fabulous book! I couldn’t be happier! ❤️🙏🏽

I think i doesn't worth the price. It really say little more than noting. the best thing of it are the pictures of the autor in athletic poses. So in nutshell, nice book but way too expensive for what they give. I would like to return it.
