These work great in all of my summer shoes with which I wear no socks. Keeps feet dry. Fabric is thin so they will not make your shoes feel tighter. They do not last forever though. Depending on how much you wear a certain shoe, of course, they do wear down and can get a little smelly and so you'll just replace them.

These have made a huge difference for me. They stick well to the bottom of my high heels, and I dont feel like my feet are disgusting at the end of the day. They have helped quite a bit with the smell as well, not completely, but it is much better. I would reccomend these for women who have trouble with sweaty high heels.

The grip is fine. Was actually very impressed with it. I sweat on my feet so this is a decent solution. Just be mindful that your sole will get really sore if worn for too long. The grip area is very rough and can cause irritation/mild bruise. Like i said i sweat alot on my feet, and on day 3 the adhesive came off. I kinda knew that would happen so purchased extras.

I have extremely sweaty feet to the point where I cannot wear heels or sandals. I put these in my size 10 heels and they were perfect. They were the right size and absorbed my sweat. It was almost like wearing socks with my heels. This is the first product I have gotten that has made me comfortable wearing heels again. They stick pretty well to the shoes but I have only worn them once so I can’t speak to the adhesion but I loved them while I was wearing my shoes

There is no size mentioned in the description. Just to let you know that I wear ladies size 9 and these fit without any trimming. If you are a larger size, you may wish to reconsider. These work as advertised and I am happy with the performance and feel.

I have super sweaty feet, I could only use for one day. They helped! Saved my sandals for another year but I had to buy a lot!

Love that this product stops funny noises when I walk. Leather insoles tend to make my foot sweat and I couldn’t take a few steps without the noise. These stick great to my sandals. They help absorb the sweat, not odor. I saw reviews that were angry because these didn’t take care of foot odor. They come 3 to a package and are not made to be worn forever. I think I have worn this pair for a total of 9-10 days and I’m ready to replace them.

I live in Arizona and wear slides for most of the year due to the heat. I ordered these because I hate the way my feet sweat in my slides. I could only peel the backing off on one of the three pairs. I decided to try them, they did adhere well to my slides. It isn't that hot here yet (90's) and they were sort of slick but not bad. After 4 days of wearing them for about 4 hours per day they started to fall apart under my toes. I peeled them off today and of course had to scrub the slides to get the adhesive off. Not a great idea if you live in hot climates and go outside often. A big waste of money.

I had to wear heels for a summer wedding. With hyperhidrosis it's very hard to walk in heels, these helped so much. The fabric is almost a felt kind of material that is perfect for sweaty feet and just added extra grip in general for heels. Definitely will buy again.
