Comfortable, non-slip, good arch support.
I like a lot of arch and ankle support in my boots, and these check both boxes. They have just enough stiffness around the ankle to keep my feet from rolling side-to-side, and plenty of arch support so I don't pronate as badly as I'm prone to do. The sizing is right on. I wear a 9-1/2 in everything, and the 9-1/2 fits just right. I usually go for a wider width, but these are plenty comfortable even without saying they're wide. They have good quality too. One thing I always look at on hiking boots is the lace hooks. Lower quality shoes will have sharp, unfinished edges that will cut through your laces in a matter of weeks. All of these (four on each boot) are smooth and after a few weeks of daily wear, I don't see any snags or cuts on the laces. That really impressed me. The grey and suede accents make them look really good, so I can wear them everywhere from the office to a night out with my wife to a hiking trail. I haven't been in a lot of rain, but they do seem to keep my feet dry, so I like that about them too. In summary, they look great, they feel great, they're versatile (not just for hiking), and the price is really good compared to similar shoes from other brands. I will see how long they last, but if it's even 6 months before any seams start showing wear, they're absolutely worth the price.

Rugged, Comfortable & Ready for Any Adventure
These hiking boots exceeded my expectations! They are lightweight, comfortable right out of the box, and provide excellent ankle support on rough trails. The waterproof design kept my feet dry during wet conditions, and the grip is outstanding on both rocky and muddy terrain. The quality feels premium, especially for the price. I’ve worn them on long hikes and they remained comfortable all day with no blisters. If you’re looking for durable, reliable, and stylish hiking boots, these are an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

For the price. Great for 1 year.
This lasted a little over a year. They could have went much longer but the side of the boot where the outer toe bends failed. See attachment toe bend and sole after 1 year. What I liked: these are so comfortable. They are not the lightest boots but they fit so good. The rubber toe cap, Excellent. Lug soles on the bottom, Excellent. Heel guard, excellent. Waterproffing up to the tongue joint, Excellent. I love these boots. But the toe bend issue is my only issue. The material they use just could not handle the constant bending of each step. I did get an all leather pair at Christmas and it's been 6 months. So far so good with all the same great qualities above. I will rate that pair after a year.

Hard to Beat for the Money
They are splendid boots for the money. Are there better boots on the market? Of course, but not without spending substantially more money. They are comfortable, reasonably durable, lightweight for the build, and while water "proof" might be a little optimistic, they are certainly water resistant and in my experience on par with other similar boots made for hiking in that area. The sizing is accurate too, and that's more than I can say for some other brands. I shall make excellent use of them in the woods and mountain trails.

Great for people with bunions
Bought these as a Father's Day gift for my hubby. He loves them. He was pleasantly surprised that they came with extra laces. Hopefully these shoes will last him for at least 6 months. He has severe bunions on both feet and his shoes we have bought at our local store always bust out on the insides where his bunions are with in 3 months. Maybe these shoes will last him much longer. We shall see! Moisture wicking? No idea yet, he just got them today. Softness and ease of use? With his severe bunions, these style of "soft sided" shoes it's always the most comfortable for him. Plus he has weak ankles that twist easily, so having a "soft sided" boot is a must for him. The tread on the bottom of these look good. I will not have to worry about him losing his footing on slippery terrains. He wears this style of shoe all year around so the tread is very important. Besides the soft sides, and the size, which is a challenge where he needs wide shoes in a14 for the bunions, but the tread. If there is no tread on the shoes, not only will he not purchase then, but he won't wear them. So the tread on these shoes look incredible. As for the ease of cleaning, hmmm. Well he doesn't typically get his shoes very dirty. We don't do a lot of hiking with our disabilities. I will say that for people who have bad bunions on the feet, and leather or hard sided shoes become painful. Having shoes like these are exactly what makes his walking comfortable. And I'm not sure if others have found this to be, but as you age, your feet tend to become flatter. So then needing shoes that are larger and wider are a must for less painful feet. The price, it is ok. If these shoes last 6 months or more from daily use, then the price is very fair. But we will know that later in the year around December to sometime next year.

It's okay as a starter boot but even then you might find lacking.
I'm going to give this 3 stars. It's taken me a while, due to procrastination, to set this review. They are comfortable and they feel durable. The reason I've taken two stars off is due to the fact that on my very first hike, on a very VERY chill path (Calvert Cliffs, look it up.) the metal prong at the very top row of the boot broke off? That hike involves no jumping, sliding, climbing, or anything. It broke at some point from the tension of the shoe lace.... Still really love the boots, have been hiking with them every other day and riding my motorcycle with them (don't ask) and they are holding up nicely (despite that one tab)

Amazing Hiking Boots !!
Wow !! These boots are amazing ! Extremely comfortable right out of the box. I didn’t even have to break them in. Got them to go walk the mountain trails in Alaska. We walked 8 miles the first day in rough conditions. The next trail we walked 4 miles through numerous streams. Hiked over 20 miles all together. They have excellent traction. I am not an experienced mountain hiker and I didn’t slip once. I wear a 11.5 tennis shoe and got these in 11.5 and they fit perfectly. Highly recommend !!!

Perfectas

Nice boots
Got these for my son. He says they’re warm, comfortable and dry. They seem to be a good fit with plenty of room. Pretty good quality for the price as well.
