Classic Accessories Ravenna Water-Resistant 11 Foot Patio Umbrella Cover, Patio Furniture Covers

If you buy an expensive umbrella and leave it outside you want it to stay in nice shape. This cover will do that for you! I will explain the "eeeehhh, almost" part first. There is no pole with this to help you get it up and over the top of your umbrella like some covers have. That's it, and since this is not an issue for me, I had to still gave it 5 stars. I have mine covering a 11' round California umbrella in a taller than normal cast iron base, at a 48" diameter Trex bar height table. The top of this umbrella in place is about 12' off the ground. Maybe a foot less, maybe not. To use this cover I can do one of two things. Remove the umbrella from the base pole and slip it over it or, in my case, just to see if it was possible, use the handle end of a pool skimmer pole to lift it up and over the top of the umbrella without removing it. It did not take 2 seconds but I was able to do it. I wanted to see if I could that's all. No included pole, no problem. The real reason I gave this cover 5 stars is because of the cover itself and the quality of it. This is not a flimsy cover. It is made of a heavier material with a waterproof coating inside. The buckle straps and bungee style draw cord around the bottom add to the quality. It fits perfectly over my 11' umbrella and I highly recommend this to anyone. I like it so much I plan on buying some of the companies other covers for some of the other outdoor furniture I have. It is that nice. I can't compare this cover to any of the other covers I saw on Amazon and I am glad I took a chance with this one. It paid off. Rob

This umbrella cover is extremely well made, covers our entire umbrella all the way to the table and keeps it bone dry. It is very attractive, and the darker color looks nice against our light furniture. As others have said, it is a little more difficult to get it on and off the umbrella because of it's length, but this should not be a deal breaker. This is a fantastic value for the money. We have seen far less superior covers for two or three times as much. You will not be disappointed with this cover! Updated review: We have had this umbrella cover for almost two years now, and it looks the same as it did when we bought it. It is in the full afternoon sun but has not faded. It is still in perfect condition, and it still keeps our umbrella dry. The price has gone up a bit since we bought it, but I still chalk this up to one of our best purchases ever for the money. Updated review (May 24, 2021): This cover is now 3 years old, still in full sun, and still protecting our umbrella. The cover has held up well and continues to keep our umbrella dry. The ribbon that attaches to the zipper is starting to fray a bit on the edges but still very usable. There is one small 1/2" seam at the top of the overlay that covers the entire zipper that has torn but it does not affect the performance of the cover. It can be repaired easily. Considering the cost (about $8 less when we bought it), we still feel this product has been a terrific value! Updated review (July 21, 2024): This umbrella cover is still one of our best purchases,! Our umbrella is protected year round in blazing sun, pelting rain and icy snow. It has not faded at all and the shape has been maintained. The ribbon on the zipper has frayed but a replacement was easy. Since this cover has done such a stellar job, our umbrella is still in great condition. The cost is about $8 more than we paid for it 6 years ago but still an excellent value for the service it provides. Great fabric and nicely designed, but I can't give it five stars because: 1. I had to teeter on a ladder to take it on and off. The partial zipper is too short to make it work with a pole on a tall umbrella without standing on something -- if the umbrella is in the stand in the middle of a table. My umbrella is 8 x 10 and stays outside all year in my So Cal area. Fits well once you get it on, but at risk of sounding sexist, this is not a job for an average,older female.So if you are using it on a stand and can tip it over, it's perfect, but that's not how I use it. 2. The elastic cord at the bottom was invisible because the openings were sewn shut by accident. I had to get a seam ripper and fix the manufacturer's error. 3. It defintely needs a pole to help get it on and off in a standing position. I am using an old shower curtain rod, and made a pocket for it to sit inside. Overall it is a really great product for the money and I recommend it as long as you know that the ad about easy on an off is only partially true. I wish it came in other colors -- this is ugly army green but it isn't supposed to be pretty I guess.

Read all the reviews and bought this Classic Accessories Ravenna umbrella cover. It just covers our 11 foot umbrella & we had to tuck in some of the extra umbrella fabric hanging beneath the cover once it was installed. It has been through a couple windy rain storms and held up fairly well. The fabric is thick enough and the fit close enough so it doesn't flutter in strong winds. As far as durability goes, it works today in brand new condition. We'll have to see how long it lasts when the sun bakes it for a few years as far as longevity is concerned. So far, we like it. Two year update (Oct 28, 2023). This umbrella cover has held up extremely well after two full summers on the shore of Lake Michigan. It's been thru torrential rain storms, a couple overnight frosts, a few days above 100 degrees & prolonged wind storms with gusts exceeding 50 mph. Altho it's only used outdoors for 5 months each year, we're very, very pleased with how well it's held up. Considering it only cost $25, it's very cheap insurance since the umbrella it protects costs nearly $500. We like the Revenna brand so much, we just ordered another cover for our giant cantilevered patio umbrella today.

I wasn’t expecting to get blown away by an umbrella cover when I opened the package with my new Ravenna Premium Outdoor Patio Umbrella Cover, but WOW! What a pleasant surprise. This exceeded above and beyond all of my expectations. This umbrella cover has all the bells and whistles. The fabric is so durable that I have no doubt it will last through Pennsylvania snow-filled, frigid winters for years to come. The hardware, zipper, clasp, ties, etc, are all exceptional quality. Much better than anything I expected. And the size appears to be big enough to fit any size umbrella easily. I’m still in awe about the remarkable quality of this cover. This cover truly is made with premium craftsmanship. I think I’ll stick with Ravenna outdoor furniture covers and such moving forward. I never imagined getting so excited over an umbrella cover but the materials and effort invested into making this umbrella cover are so exceptional that it can’t be ignored. 10 Stars! Strongly suggest getting this cover if longevity is a sought-after trait for you. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed when you’re still using this cover in years from now. The BEST umbrella cover my better half and I have ever had, especially at this end of season bargain price! Made of medium weight duck canvas with a waterproof liner and side vent to prevent mold or mildew buildup. Will easily fit a 10 foot market type (read: backyard bar-b-cue table and chairs) umbrella! Very heavy, well made product, that I'm certain will last MANY seasons; and I've bought way too many seasons worth of umbrella and chair covers! I'm so impressed with this Raveena product that I sent for a chair cover which I just received today and is of equal quality and construction. So....I ordered 5 more to round out our Brooklyn, N.Y. backyard set,... where the sun and rain have destroyed the other stuff we had that only made it through one season! I highly recommend this product and at these end of season prices, (approximately half off the original reasonable price) they are a TOTAL bargain!

We had our first Ravenna umbrella cover for over six years and eventually being in direct sunlight caused the fabric and stitching at the top to wear out. This new one seems to be much thinner fabric. The old one seemed to be lined with something thicker. Other than that, they seem identical. Since the lining did not seem related to what made the last one fail, it will be interesting to see if this one is as durable. What I like about this is that although not “water proof” it keeps our umbrella pretty dry in the rain, it’s easy to slide on and off of the umbrella and it can be tightened at the bottom if need be. Our last one withstood a squirrel trying to eat the zipper and only the long pull cord on the zipper was destroyed and the umbrella inside was safe. Also, like that this is a good color, matches other furniture covers of all brands and says made in USA.

We read many reviews before purchasing and can agree with the majority. This umbrella cover, like ALL Ravenna covers, is fantastic in that the quality is amazing, the features are all there and it does the job...however, unlike chair or BBQ covers (all of which we own) it is not a piece of cake to put on or remove. Because we knew this before buying I am still giving a 5 star rating. We keep a step ladder handy and have even tried using a broom handle as others have suggested so we make it work. This one strike doesn't negate all of the cover's other great features so we are very happy.
