She absolutely loved it and had fun making up the bracelet. We didn't insist on it being used as an advent calendar as it was a birthday gift and if I'm honest I'm not sure whether a child would get as much pleasure from opening the doors one day at a time. I can only rate as 3 stars as I didn't consider it value for money. I was happy to go ahead with the bracelet not fitting as reviews said even with bracelet not fitting all the charms, pin badges and key rings are lovely, which they are.
