LxTek 304 304XL Ink Compatible with HP 304 304XL Ink Cartridge Black Colour

I've previously tried "compatible" cartridges which have caused more problems than they were worth but having read the reviews I thought I'd give these a go. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised as they were easy to install and did exactly what they were supposed to. At this price point it's a no brainer. Why would you pay almost double for a single HP cartridge when you can get these. I've already ordered a spare set.

Great product , compatible would highly recommend. I cannot believe I have paid a HP subscription for my printer since 2020 ( home schooling during covid ) I only use occasionally for printing stuff off for grandkids / holiday info etc and I didn’t even know I could use it without a subscription then a friend told me I could so I thought I’d give it a go Well it was compatible and was really quick to sort out …. No messing about really easy to install just like the original HP ones , difference is I Paid £22 for these after paying £8 a month for the last 6 years …. I know it’s crazy but at least now I’m probably going to get 6 months plus out of this for £22 …. Game changer !

So I decided to use these cartridges for a few months before I wrote a review to get a real use case scenario. So to answer some of the questions I had before purchasing these. Does it damage the printer. No it doesn't. I replaced my old cartridges with these and they worked perfectly. Do they work as good as the original ones. Yes they do. I cannot see any difference in the quality of prints. Are they really XL cartridges. Yes I believe they are. The kids use it daily for printing school work and I can say after months of near daily use they are still going strong. I am actually surprised how long they have lasted. Would I buy them again. Definitely, the price difference between these and original ones are just to much to afford the original ones and as we are using the printer so much more due to home schooling I definitely believe these are worth it.

I ordered these LxTek cartridges as my existing cartridges had dried up after very little use and I had some weekly accounts I had to print immediately. On receiving these cartridges the following day it was as simple as opening the printer, popping both the black and coloured cartridges in the slots after removing the plastic pull me stickers on each. I never even bothered with a test page but the queued up files started printing before I had even sat down. Better quality prints than the previous brand and a much more cost effective solution. I would strongly recommend over the default own HP cartridges.

Very impressed! Let me start with the epson 304/ 304xl ink cartridges I originally bought..... what a waste of money they were. Barely 30 pages printed off with the normal cartridges and disgustingly the xl didn't go much further. I then bought curry's own brand xl and as much as I tried they wouldn't work with my printer, and no refund either so don't try them. With not much faith I bought these LxTek and WOW! They put the epson cartridges to absolute embarrassment, I know I've printed 150 plus pages in colour before the ink needed replacing, luckily i bought a second lot just in case but needed needed very few pages once i changed the ink over.all of this happening in The space of a week. Definitely saved me from a close deadline. I'll be back again, Highly recommend this product

Ive ordered these cartridges multiple times, each time I've received different ones although working. But last two times I've had problem with my cartridges. I tried printing something today, I've loaded the cartridge it printed 4 pages and stopped due to the error and "cartridge communication problem" with my printer. I know these are cheaper than the original but twice very had problem with them I think its time to find a different supplier

I enjoyed these LxTek 304XL cartridges as a reliable, budget friendly replacement for HP 304. Both black and colour were recognised immediately by my printer, and the smart chip shows ink levels properly, which is a big plus. Installation was quick, no leaks or mess, and print quality is crisp for text with surprisingly good colour for everyday documents. Page yield feels close to what’s advertised for normal home use.
