Great taste and Protein
I love this shake. I haven’t had bariatric surgery but they used to sell for nutrition at hospital pharmacy that I worked at. They taste great. Can add anything to it.

This is very flavorful and sweet, I can actually use water to blend. Wowza. I'm using it for pre surgery liquid diet. I'm sure I'll be using it after and I don't mind. Not grainy - I use a blender. I really like the taste. (Vanilla)
