I have tried many brands of water flosser over the years but for me this H2ofloss brand is the best quality and the best for customer service. On the left in the photo is my latest purchase, model IPX7 and on the right is my previous one, HF-P11. The IPX7 comes with a travel carry case and the accessories are inside a decent transparent container (see photo 2). The flosser head is easier to remove than in the HP-P11 and it also has a narrower water outlet which means the water in the reservoir lasts much longer before needing to be refilled. There are 5 speed settings and even on the highest settings and used twice a day the flosser stays charged for well over a week. You get a red warning light when the battery charge is getting low but it does give you a few more minutes use before completely stopping. The IPX7 is perhaps a little heavier to hold than the earlier one.The best thing about this company is their excellent customer service. They respond quickly and are keen to resolve issues. I had problems with my earlier one (HF-P11) within the warranty period and the company sent me a new one. When that one developed the same problem the company refunded me so I could choose a replacement. I decided to continue with H2ofloss because of their superior product quality and customer service. Yes, they are a Chinese company but don't let that put you off. (Other flossers I've tried were not such nice quality and had poor customer service.) The H2ofloss brand seems to be keen to improve their products and compete in the marketplace with superior quality at a competitive price.

I have tried this product for about three weeks, and I must say it has been a game-changer for my oral hygiene routine. This device is incredibly effective at cleaning between my teeth and along the gum line, where traditional floss often falls short. The pulsating water jet not only removes food particles but also massages my gums, leaving my mouth feeling incredibly fresh and clean.One of the things I love about this water flosser is its versatility. It comes with multiple pressure settings, allowing me to customize the intensity of the water stream to suit my sensitivity level.In terms of design, it's sleek and easy to handle. It's also much less messy than traditional floss, as it neatly directs water and debris into the sink. The nozzle is easy to manoeuvre, ensuring that I can reach all the nooks and crannies in my mouth.Overall, I can't recommend this dental water flosser enough. It has become an essential part of my daily dental care routine, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my gum health since using it. If you want a convenient and effective way to maintain your oral hygiene, this product is definitely worth considering.

This was my first water picker, and I loved it. It’s lasted over a year, and I used it almost every day. Here are my plus and minusesPlus - Works well, 5 speeds to adjust to how you want the water sprayed, easy to use, lasts a long time on one charge despite being used dailyNegatives - Charger is non standard USB meaning when my dog cheeed my charger I couldn’t just use a spare USB C or mini. Comes with a travel case and some accessories. Protective casing for charging point is removable and easy to lose. Item gets dirty inside and quite difficult to clean (Maybe same issue for all water flossers). A bit bulky for travel, and the on switch turns on easily meaning it switches on in car or flight and wastes battery. Wish it came with a few more accessories.Overall, it was a good product, however I would purchase one with a different charger, just for ease of use.

I do love a good water flossed. I chose this one as it came with multiple heads and was well priced. The jet of water on high is a little stronger than previous ones that I've had. This ks not a problem but I just need to be more careful near sensitive areas. Its a good size too, holds a good amount of water so do not need to keep refilling. The jet is good enough to get bits of food from food gaps. Charges quickly and holds its charge well. I find it more effective than regular floss. Ive had no issue with this item. Its good quality, does the.job and priced well.

I bought this last Christmas. It is brilliant and works far more effectively than any other water flosser. But, just as many others have found, there’s a problem with charging. My first one stopped working after a few months. The customer service was excellent and replaced it promptly, but now the replacement has issues. It wouldn’t charge, but then my husband tried a different charger and it has charged but the charger was red hot and now looks scorched. Daren’t try and charge it again!It’s such a shame as it is so effective, but I’m going to look for a different make.

I have purchased the H2ofloss water flosser on 31 July 2023 and it has been brilliant and very powerful but unfortunately I have noticed that after about 2 months of daily use, suddenly, it just lost its flossing power. I would say it squirts the water at about 30-50% of the original power despite its being at a full charge. I have tried everything - replacing the head, tried a brand new one and also a different type of head but the result is still the same. It just does not clean my teeth as it used to. Also, the weight element at the bottom of the clear tube in the water tank seems to be constantly falling off despite reattaching it securely in place. Unfortunately, all this made the water floss unuseful for me. I have tried contacting amazon, but obviously it has surpassed its return period, I have googled H2ofloss customer service email and emailed them directly and have received no reply at all. So now I am having to buy another water floss - so don't buy, its a waste of money after all! I would rather spend a little more and have a product that lasts a couple of years rather than buy cheap at a tempting price and having to throw it away after 2 months of use! I am very disappointed (as I really, really liked the product at the beginning and it was very powerful and effective to the point that I was impressed as I tried a few others before!) but unfortunately you get what you pay for - and I am especially disappointed with H2ofloss customer service as they never even bothered to get back to me or reply to my email! Just buy something different!Edit: Since I posted on here the company has refunded me the money - so I have changed to 3 stars - overall might be worth purchasing - perhaps I was just very unlucky that mine broke as most customers are very happy with their product? The price is really good and it is really powerful so might be worth a try?

Would recommend this to anyone who wants to keep their oral hygiene 10/10. The flosser comes with a robust bag, charger and different attachment heads in their own box, making it perfect to travel with too. The different heads allow the ultimate clean and I like the addition of a tongue scraper. This flosser is easy to use and even has troubleshooting help in the leaflet. There is a good variety of different pressures so those with sensitivity can use this too. The strongest pressure has very good power and removes plaque with ease. This product is great value for money!

Before I bought this flosser we owned the well known eponymous brand, which stopped charging in just over a year of use and had to be refunded.This unit is better in every respect and represents excellent value at the price:- LED indicators for power level, battery and charging- water reservoir detaches for easy filling- Clever weighted tube ensures constant water flow- Nice build quality, relatively compact and easy to handle- Strong power level, with long gaps between recharging- Carry case is a bonusThe only minor criticism is that the USB C connector has become loose with use so you have to make sure that the cable is in a stable position. Other than that small gripe - it’s absolutely brilliant!

This product is not working after a month..very disappointing 😕And at Amazon there's no option to claim warranty..😠

I love the pink one. I used to buy the white one for many years and It used to comes with the one for nose. but it seems like not anymore,, I can still use it with same attachments from previous one So it still grate for me!! I will keep purchasing this product.
