Review: A+ for customer care - The bristles are quite short and very soft. If your hair is even remotely thick, I would choose something else. I cant get through my hair very easily. I have to brush over and under a lot! UPDATE ** The company contacted me and refunded me immediately! I was willing to eat the money since it's not their fault that my hair is so thick! This company clearly cares a great deal about customer satisfaction!!!
Review: Mostly does the job - I like the boat bristles, they do make my hair shinier after brushing. The long bristles are helpful to get to the bottom of my thick, wavy hair. Only thing is that when I use this brush for blow drying, I can smell the base rubber material smell a little so not sure how good it is for my hair or how long this brush will last, but for now seems pretty good.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Doesn't do a good job detangling

If you/the intended have hair that is wavy or tangles easily, this isn't the brush for you. It probably does a good job on straight, fine hair, but the bristles are too short even for our young daughters which means that it doesn't do more that straighten the superficial hair, despite repeated passes. It's sturdy and good quality, just not the right brush for us.
