I have tried virtually every type of adult brief in every size, and I love these because they keep the urine in the brief and not down my clothes and puddling on the floor. It's tough enough being sequestered in a wheelchair for ambulation, and such a pain to transfer to the toilet that I skip hourly voids to every other hour, especially in public -- but the embarrassment of a urine leak is so hard to overcome. Especially around those who aren't aware that when nerves in the spine are crushed, your bladder (and often bowel) aren't working normally. I'd much rather keep my urine in a brief than on my wheelchair and clothing. This is the only brief that keeps the urine contained.
