Mindless Longboards Surf Skate Trucks Skateboard Wheel Axle Adult Unisex Front and Rear Assorted Colours 159mm

It's all in the title really. If you happen to be considering a surf-style skateboard and already have a deck, then these Mindless Surf Skate Trucks are a very cost effective way of turning your board into a 'Carver' without having to spend the ridiculous sum of money for "Carver CX.4's". These Mindless trucks have the same geometry and IMHO have a better finish. The embossing in the aluminium body of the truck is a nice touch and they have both 'old-school' and new mounting holes. They also come with a set of mounting hardware, risers and spare bushings (of a harder urethane) for heavier riders. They are currently less than half the price of a set of Carver CX.4's (May 2020 the Mindless are £50 whereas the Carver trucks will set you back £110). You can actually buy a new Mindless Surf-Skatebaord COMPLETE for £120 already fitted with the same trucks as I am reviewing.The also arrived at my door in the UK 4 days after I ordered. I have already been playing around with bushings and these will accept any tall barrel (board-side) or cone-shape (wheel-side). All in all, they seem excellent. I will update the review once I've had a chance to test them out. These aren't the first Mindless products that I have purchased. I am a big fan of their 'Kabila' wheels; 75mm x 52mm, 78a (Yellow) & 81a (Purple) and I have them on 2 longboards at the moment (a downhill board and an LDP setup).Disclaimer - I am in no way affiliated with Mindless Longboard Co. Legitimate purchases for my own enjoyment :)I just think they deserve a bit more 'cred'; their products are well-made and excellent VFM :DSince ordering and playing around I have paired the REAR Mindless-Surf-Skate-Truck (using it as the front truck with 10° of wedge) with a Pistol 7" on the rear of a little 29" Fibreflex and it's a great Mini-Pumper set-up.I have the front Mindless-Surf-Skate-Truck on a 36" heavily cambered, Maple,10 ply DH deck which a HOLEY 7" rear truck. The set up is an absolute blast to pump as an LDP. I'm running Mindless-Kabila wheels front & rear and it's a whole lotta fun ✌️😀

These trucks are a totally new skateboarding experience. I'm a bit too long in the tooth to risk hurting myself on rails, stairs and big ramps, and wanted a new discipline to learn which is lower impact, hence the purchase as surfskating is mostly done on flat ground and is all about nice, balanced carves. I didn't really know what to expect from them, they feel really high and loose, which initially is difficult to adjust to, but that is totally to be expected for a completely new type of discipline. I'm using them on a punk point deck so their wheelbase is short, which is admittedly probably not the ideal setup, I will experiment with a few different shaped boards... Build wise, they have different drilled holes so they're adjustable on the deck which is a cool feature, also they come with a super soft bushing set (pink!) which is a really nice touch- I've never known another truck company do that, unfortunately it is very difficult to remove the front truck from its baseplate so I haven't been able to experiment with the different bushings.I can't wait to get out and get carving with these!

These mindless trucks have been slated a bit on reviews, but don't be fooled these are a great set of trucks and with a bit of tweaking are as good as the Carver CX

I converted an old landyachtz longboard to a surf skate with these trucks and its my favorite board to ride at the local pump track.

Per due volte è arrivato il pacco con un solo truck...Ho dovuto rendere tutto...
