This back massager/cushion is so delightful that my husband won’t give it back! I strapped it to his office chair (he works from home) for him to try out. Little did I know how much he’d love it! It transforms the entire feel of the chair without even turning it on—the cushions are so comfortable! The remote control is attached on the right side and very easy to navigate. (A side note; there is a pocket on the right side in which you can tuck away the controller, keeping it neatly nearby.) There are separate areas of the back which can receive massage; upper, lower, hips and thighs, and three levels of vibration. The lumbar support is operated by using the bulb pump that is also attached on the right side. A wonderful feature is the heat function, which will keep you comfortable even in the chilliest air conditioning or brutal winter weather. My husband is always cold so this is probably the most important feature for him! One can set a timer for 30, 60 or 90 minutes and then the unit shuts itself off. For someone like my husband who sits for hours at a time, this back massager will rejuevnate and revive your back, buttox and legs and enable you to be much more comfortable. I really wish we’d found this years ago, it is making my hard-working husband far more happy as he works. Highly recommend for folks who sit for long periods of time.

I really enjoyed this massage . If you like, you can also use the heating option. You can place it anywhere, such as on the sofa when watching TV or in your office chair while working. I dunno, it's pretty good, but I was expecting more of a deep kneading massage than the mild vibrations this model offers. The heat settings are barely noticeable and getting it to sit up straight in a recliner is an exercise in futility. The Velcro straps are useless. On the upside the remote offers several different settings and the unit itself is well made and solid. It's just that for me it's not nearly strong enough to do much of anything. Your milage may vary...lol. I hope it does wonders for your aches and pains. But I just can't recommend it based on my personal results.

Perfectly fits in a regular recliner chair. The different settings like “roll” and “tap” go across every section, so if you want to de-select one like not have the vibration on just the neck or low back, it defaults to just plain vibration. ( you can’t have the preset programs/vibration patterns unless you’re ok with it being across the entire thing.) I personally have pain in my low back, so I really like being able to turn the massager on for every section EXCEPT the low back to avoid discomfort. Much more gentle than a typical “kneading” massager, the vibration can be 1 of 3 strengths. The lowest option is still strong but there’s no pressure from the massage, not deep muscle massaging just gentle buzzing on your back. The heat can be turned on and off individually for the seat and back, either low or regular. (You can do no heat, heat on just one, low heat on one and regular heat on the other, etc.) the plug/cord is long enough to reach a wall outlet pretty easy but an extension cord could bring this to any chair. The material is a comfortable soft, the fabric doesn’t get uncomfortable with the heat. The remote is simply designed/easy to understand, and attached to the massager with a cord so you can’t loose it but there is also a side pocket to store it if wanted. Overall comfortable and relaxing. You can even just use the heat without any massage settings on so it will be nice in the winter. I recommend this, I’m not sure how long it will hold up I just got it a week ago.

Comfier has made another rockstar product. The box it comes in is perfect for storage and travel. They made it very easy and user friendly. The material feel very luxurious and soft. Functionally it works as advertised. The multiple massage functions along with adjustable heat and lumbar support make this a must have for sore back and muscles. You don't feel the motors just sitting in it so leaving it in your chair for ease of use is great. The only thing I could say I would add is maybe some type of extension strap for bigger chairs such as my recliner. The existing straps are made to fit more traditional upright chairs. It will also fit around most automotive seats. Great for passengers on long rides. *Not recommended for the driver as the massage and heat could cause drowsiness. You can purchase a 12v car plug for these on Amazon. I have one of these made by a different manufacturer and this one tops the old one. The added lumbar support puts it over the top. I would recommend this to anyone that deals with the occasional muscle aches and pains or just a way to sit and let the days troubles melt away for a little while. It's a must have item and can't wait to try it out on our road trip on January. I have chronic pain from the waist down and I would never be able to ride more than an hour without my heated seat cushion and massager. Again this one has the added lumbar support so this will also help tremendously as our vehicle doesn't have adjustable lumbar in the seats. Thank you Comfier for making travel possible for me.

Absolutely perfect! Just what I need, having rheumatoid arthritis sore joints switch around and different from day to day. This has various regions you can turn on or off so this works well for me. And yes, like others have said. The elastic is too small to secure the top to a lazy boy but one can tie a weight to the elastic to keep it in place, or tie store-bought elastic to fit if you like. No biggie. Works great

It’s good for the price. A little noisy, but otherwise okay. I would have liked the vibration to be a little closer to the spine. It doesn’t secure good to my chair, but that’s not too much of an issue as I am able to drape it against it.

This is my second massage chair from comfier, and I must say that I like this one a lot more than the last for several reasons. My husband got me the first one as a Christmas present a few years ago, and although it is definitely nice, after some use I realized that my back does not react well to the constant push of the massages, and I end up with more pain than I started. However, that is entirely a ME problem, as I have family members that adore it! Anyway, I recently got this one and although it is definitely thin, it works more off strong vibrations in certain areas rather than a massage piece digging into you. Personally, I like this a lot more as I can enjoy the massage without tissue pain, but rather relief! I guess the fact that it’s multilevel vibrations all around might be what makes it a little loud, but nothing that some headphones on and getting lost to Enya or relaxing music couldn’t fix. The size is perfect on my tall gaming chair! I especially really like that, unlike my other one, I can actually lay back on top of this one and enjoy a full back massage while either leaning back or laying all the way down without feeling any unwanted pressure or anything pushing up against my bones. I have been wanting a massager like this for a long time and I’m glad to finally have found it! I think if I wanted to lay on top of it on top of my bed, I most likely could and it would feel amazing! All the functions hit all the right spots and you can select them all at once or click on the ones you do or do not want to have on. The heating options for the back and seat are also always a nice touch! I am definitely happy with my purchase!

The Comfier fits perfectly on to my chair and has a super-soft feel and a great amount of padding. Literally made my own home - PC gaming chair, feel 100 times more comfortable. The functions are easy to use and plenty. I liked the higher intensity on all of them - but the "tapping" mode was one of my favourites, the other being the full neck, upper & Lower back and seat modes and just recline the chair back. After 10 mins the sensation of it stopping is when you fully notice just how good this bit of kit is. I found myself stretching while sitting and this added a nice pressure to certain areas. Particularly the neck and lower back. Moving my head to allow the neck massager to hit the correct spot relieving the pain. Stretching my back on to it allowed the massager to achieve the correct amount of pressure to my lower back. This - is a really nice massager. The heat functions are very nice with heatable areas in the seat and back, which i'm looking forward to in the cooler months. This is perfect for office based situations and home use. All in all this is a great piece of kit especially if you have neck or back problems i found it relieved the pain & was a very relaxing experience, i would not want to be without this it really has done wonders for my lower back pain, i have bought other Comfier products & i am always 100% happy with my purchases, great company, great products.

This is a well made and serious product as mentioned in other reviews, with all of its features as advertised. There are two points I want to mention here. First, this message pad releases warm, soothing heat and not strong, therapeutic heat. So, if you are looking for something that provides stronger and more intense heat, you probably should buy a heat pad instead. Second, the mode of this message pad is vibration and not the usual ones of kneading and rolling. This is the major reason I chose this product. In my case, I have lower back pain and insomnia. Vibration, to me, is more effective in loosing up tight back muscles and less intrusive to the spine, relative to other modes of massage. In fact, it's not easy to find on the market message pads that target lower back pain as most of them just treat the upper part of the back. If you are looking for a non-drug alternative to relax, get better sleep and manage muscle and shoulder pains, you can try this message pad. What I do is that after take a shower/bath in the evening, I do a heat message for 20 minutes and usually can fall asleep easier with less wake-ups at night. The message intensity that I use is 'intermediate'. I also find the warm heat very soothing and comforting. I turn the heat setting to 'high'. How this helps..

Lo coloque es un sillón reclinado y trabaja bien. No le di 5 estrellas porque solo vibra, no da masajes circulares, aun así se siente bien. Excelente para finalizar un día cansado. Tiene una cintas para ajustarlo al asiento del auto y el cargador puede cambiarse por un adaptador de auto supongo, pero no viene incluido.

Se lo regalamos a mi padre y está fascinado, solo menciona que le faltaría un poco más de fuerza, sin embargo, es un excelente producto.
