Easy to use, decent sound, secure fit, good for conference calls, good controls.
I have had a couple of cheapo pairs of true wireless earbuds, mostly because I am worried that they're so easy to lose. These renewed came in at a competitive price point for a better brand name, and I wanted to use something with better on-ear controls. These are great. For running, they provide a nice, secure, low-profile and in-ear fit. They don't loosen up or start to fall out, even with sweat. (These are IPX5 rated, IIRC, so sweat's not a problem). The do sometimes get noisy with a run cadence, which I think is just the eargel making a pocka-pocka-pocka noise. I haven't had a pair of earbuds that haven't done that every one in a while. The sound is fine. Not a ton of bass but well balanced and super clear, There's a cool companion app, but it only has a 5 bands on the EQ. The microphones are good for conference calls. I've had complaints trying to use my other true wireless earbuds, but not these. But that's Jabra's bread and butter so it's to be expected they'd execute that feature well. I like that I have two buttons on the left bud for controlling volume and tracks. And the right button works great for play/pause. Two things I hadn't appreciated when I bought them that I've come to really like: (1) The ambient noise pass-through option. Rather than pulling an earbud out or using only one, you can double-click the right but to toggle a hear-through mode. It's great for when you need to hear things outside of your ear seal. (2) Having multiple devices connected. These can simultaneously connect to both my phone AND my running watch's BT outputs. Finally, my only quibble is the case. The lid is plasticky and snaps shut (no magnet), and is hard to open. You kind of have to squeeze the sides. It's difficult enough that I've dropped the buds a couple of times opening it too violently, because they're not held in by a magnet, either. Alsok it's micro-USB, not USB-C, but it still charges fast enough. At the $45 price point for the refurbished item, you can't go wrong. These are a couple of years out of date and the tech is moving rapidly, so you miss out on the modern stuff like capacity, IPX7, and USB-C fast charge. But these were a premium offering 2 years ago, and they still provide that benefit. Well worth the value proposition.

Painful to use
Genuinely one of the worst purchases I have made. I’ll start with the one thing they do right, they have excellent sound quality (for earbuds). Other than that, they are a rip off. They have a heavy, uncomfortable design, no doubt from all that audio equipment shoved in them. You will have to shove as much of this machine as physically possible into your ear in order to wear ear buds with this much weight. The rubber nipples that go into the ear constantly come off, ending up deep inside the ear canal or on the floor after you opened the case. Because of the strange weighty design and loose parts, you will end up accidentally throwing them on the ground, a lot. This leads to them getting disgusting quickly. The battery life is horrible and can barely last the day. The app does nothing. Waste of money. Don’t get.

Batteries don’t hold charge (updated)
Update: They replaced the original item within 3 days of me requesting an exchange. The new earbuds are great. Great battery life. They made it right 😊 Original review: Batteries in a warm gym died before I got my full workout in. Went for a run outside in the cold and they died in 47 minutes. I need to return them. I bought these to replace a set that I had purchased in 2021, which didn’t die on me once. My expectations weren’t for them to be as good as new, but I expected them to be at least as good as my 4 year old set.

Excellet refurb - just like new - great features
I wanted to write a review because I have seen quite a few people unhappy with their refurb. I actually think these Jabras are amazing and my product is just like new. They take a couple days to get used to but I downloaded the Jabra App and there are great instructions there (they don't come with any BTW). These Jabras come charged and maintain a charge for many hours. I have a shared office space so it's really helpful to have comfortable ear buds that allow me to move around without the need for various cords (one for my iphone, one for my PC laptop, etc.) to have audio functionality. The charging case is small and compact and easy to plug in. The case is actually not hard to open but it's not intuitive! You actually have to press down on the tab and pull up rather than flipping it up. I can see people are complaining about that design but you wouldn't want your case to easily open if it drops sending your ear buds all over the place. The charging is quite easy and there is a red/yellow/green lighting system on the inside of the charger that tells you the charge level of your buds. I will say there might be a error in the directions - there is also a light on the bottom of the charging case that is also supposed to tell you the charge level. I think this might not be true - it does light up when you are charging though. I definitely check the light inside the case to determine the level of charge. These little guys are almost magic in that when you place them in your ears the automated voice let's you know they are 'connected' and if you press on the side, it will let you know the battery level. If you remove one of the ear buds it automatically pauses what you are listening to which is amazing since I'm frequently interrupted at my office. Also very cool is the "pass through" function which should actually be renamed the "eavesdrop" function. A double tap on the right bud will amplify sounds around you. This function was not strong enough on the plane to hear the pilot on the loudspeaker but that would be a stretch anyway. I think the only cons would be 1) there isn't much noise cancelling to these. I did not buy these for noise cancelling reasons so I don't mind. I bought these with office background music in mind and for the freedom to work out in the morning in my home without waking the house. 2) I think these could be engineered for better ear fit since they are marketed for 'sports'. I'm not sure I would go for a run in these and be 100% positive they would stay in. Overall I'm loving this product.

Passthrough is incredible, as is the rest of the headphone
The passthrough on these earbuds seem vital to the way that we use headphones this day and age. Honestly, I don't know why it's not a standard feature on all headphones, over-ear, earbuds, or otherwise. If they made an over-ear headphone with passthrough, I would buy them in an instant. I find the crowd noise and some of the other noises very soothing, especially in loud screaming crowds, while the passthrough allows me to be aware of my surroundings. I've bought four pairs of these now, one because I lost the first ones I bought, and a couple for friends and family. I recommend them highly for public and social anxiety or if loud noises bother you. Beyond the passthrough, the battery life is 5 hours, but I never end up wearing them that long. Since I'm always in and out of meetings at work, I'm always able to recharge them. That being said, I'm looking at the 75s for the longer battery life for car trips. They also fit a little strangely at first, and I was wearing them wrong and twisting too much, so they were hurting my ears initially, but I got the hang of them after about a week. The sound quality is pretty great as well; Jabra is one of the leaders in headsets, and they definitely hit the nail on the head with this one, again. I pretty much live in these, and won't go out without them. You can also push the button to talk to your phones' assistant, be it Siri or Google, or even Alexa, which is quite nice. I wish you didn't have to push it for so long, since that's pretty much the only thing I use, but that's a small nitpick. Another nitpick is that I wish you could enable passthrough from the headphones themselves, but you have to go through the app. The app is actually incredibly handy, so I don't mind doing that at all, but normally having an extra app would be a deal breaker for me. Overall, I'd highly recommend these.

Not bad for the refurbished price.
I’ve had these for a while now. After owning AirPods, my standard is pretty high. They sound nice and connect well to my PC (I use them for work video calls). Pros: the case has a nice feel. The copper blue color is cool. They were a good price, refurbished. The right bud connects quickly. Cons: There are no software controls unless connected to a mobile device. The case has a nice feel, but is very difficult to get open. Nothing really holds the earbuds in, so they fall out quite easily. Right and left buds have specific controls that only exist on one of the buds, which isn’t convenient when you only want to wear one bud. My AirPod Pros have never fallen out of my ear. These have. The HearThrough feature doesn’t allow enough ambient sound through to be very noticeable. There is no way to adjust the microphone sensitivity (a problem in a shared workspace environment). There does not appear to be a way to get the left bud to connect by itself (only the right one). The charging cable too short at about 6 inches.

Do not buy refurbished.
I purchased to use at the gym instead of over the ear headphones. They were not dropped harshly in any way, popped out of my ear a couple of times. They stopped working one day and I thought the battery died. I cannot get them to pair anymore. The lights blink when I put them in their case however I cannot get them to pair. They only lasted a couple of weeks.

Great value, quirky budget earbuds
Great sounds quality and stupid fast shipping, I was shocked how fast it showed up! Onto the bad, the left earbud doesn’t work on its own it uses the right one as a controller. Also, the left earbud will not work unless it’s put inside your ear canal as it has sensors. As for the case, I wished it had magnets like all the other manufacturers instead of just coming out For $50 this is a great pair of headphones, I don’t think any manufacturer can beat this. Future buyers, check for firmware updates as soon as you get them as they can make a huge difference in sounds quality

No complaints
Perfect quality despite being refurbished. Sound quality as advertised on the Jabra site. These stay in the ear even while trail running, and even when I get very sweaty, you can feel them start to get loose and have time to readjust before they fall out. They lasted more than 4 hours listening to podcasts. No issues.
