I have several of these hooks for my two bathrooms. They are substantial and very functional. I use them for hand towels, robes, and they are also large enough for bath towels too. The quality is great, hook is sturdy, and the cost is very reasonable. This hook has a clean, overall modern and classy look. I would by a few more for the backs of my bedroom doors but it does not come in oil rub finish. 5 Stars for this handy, easy to install, and functional hook.

I needed a new way to hang my towel in our mater bathroom since removing the towel bar I had to put a large standing mirror in its place. This hook is both beautiful, sturdy and has a sleek design. The price and quality of this product are exceptional and it fits perfectly into my existing decore. It holds my towel and performs exactly as it’s intended to do. It was easy to attach to my wall with the hardware provided and I had it installed in under 10 minutes. I’m very happy with this product.

Hooks are just what we needed for our bathroom towels. Very sturdy, easy to install, and attractive look! Full size bath towels cause no wobble, holds the weight perfectly.

These are large, heavy/substantial hooks, and are a very attractive addition to our baths. I installed a total of 11 of these into the walls, drilling through thin wood planks / medallions in three bathrooms. After 4 years, they look just as good as new ... EXCEPT - every single metal baseplate has loosened from the cheap, undersized mounting hardware provided with the hooks. Over time, I've replaced the plastic anchors and screws with more substantial ones on every single hook to address this issue. The bayonet mounting system is partly to blame, since it takes a bit of downforce to seat the hook on the baseplate fingers ... no problems once I installed better anchors. I will add this system sure beats turning in setscrews using a skinny allen wrench, the usual arrangement from other suppliers. These would be perfect if better plastic anchors and screws were supplied with the hooks. If you buy these, do yourself a favor and buy a box of self-drilling plastic anchors.

Despite the video in this item details showing easy-clip no-visible-set-screw-mounting, this does not use easy clip but instead does use the typical bracket and set screw.The item seems sturdy. The spot shield finish is nice and should be durable.Can hold more than one towel or robe.Style is a mix between traditional and contemporary.It's a good value for the price, especially because of the spot shield finish.

This is the second time I have bought this hook for our home. I originally bought 4 for our primary bathroom to replace towel bars, loved them. We recently made changes to our guest bath so I wanted this hook for hanging a hand towel. Love the finish and the design. If arrived well packaged. A friend just saw this hook and plans to buy them for her bathroom too.

Before buying I read the 1 and 2-star reviews to learn about the common complaints about his Delta Dansant Towel Hook: loose and easily dislodged hook; and no anchor for a drywall install (rather than into a stud). It seems that the complaints related to the style of the bracket for the hook received: slip over tabs vs. set screw.Having bought 5 units, I received 3 slip-over-tabs bracket style, and 2 set-screw bracket style. Before installing the over-the-tabs hooks, I verified that the tabs would slip in the slots on the back of the hooks and as inferred from the 1 and 2-star reviews, the tabs did not slip into the slot all the way. I resolved this problem by straightening the ends of the tabs, so the hooks installed properly and tightly. Of these three hooks, which did not provide anchors, one is installed into a stud, but for the other two hooks I provided anchors. Once the tabs were straightened, the installation was a breeze resulting in no wobble or looseness.The other 2 hooks that came with set screws had the necessary hardware for a drywall installation and were a breeze to install, except: since the hooks had differing bracket styles, I had to make an adjustment to the height of the top mounting screw so the hooks themselves would all be at the same height. There is a difference of nearly ¾” between the two bracket styles.In the end, the hooks look very stylish, and my granddaughter is very happy! All worthwhile.
